In Short – Scattered around California and the Pacific Northwest, these casual cafes cater to on-the-go daytime diners. In addition to 17 sweet and savory bagel varieties and a range of flavored cream cheeses, the shop's morning menu offers freshly baked pastries, signature "eggsensation" omelet combinations and five coffee blends named for NYC neighborhoods. Lunch options include gourmet sausage "bagel dogs," a selection of salads and hot and cold deli sandwiches piled with pastrami, corned beef and lox.

They say that a bagel is equivalent to ten slices of bread (or was it five slices?)... Regardless, I still frequent Noah's for quick fixes in the morning. I absolutely love their speciality bagels and shmears! My favorite combos would have to be the chocolate chips bagel with the strawberry spread or the whole wheat bagel with the garlic herb spread. Mmmm... just writing about it makes me hungry~
- Pros: great bagels and shmears
- Cons: parking

I don't care that Noah's is a national chain - they're still great! I love their selection and specialty bagels (pumpkin? sundried tomato? chocolate chip?) They have tons of options for shmears and toppings, and if you are hungrier, go for a bagel sandwich with turkey or other meats thrown in. They have soups, sandwiches, and other options as well. It's a great place to grab a bite on the go, or stop in with a friend for a morning nosh. The New York decor and cozy vibe make it a comfortable and familiar place. Also ... it's cheap!
- Pros: tasty, cheap, consistent
- Cons: parking, not good for sit-down dining

I LOVE Noah's bagels- they're the best! Box up a baker's dozen or just grab one toasted with cream cheese and sit outside on the sidewalk!
