AWESOME omelettes

Seriously, one of THE best omelettes in town. Huge, cheesy and delicious, and hash browns to match. Just a big ol' foldover of eggs and yummies, a fantastic weekend breakfast. They're also one of the only places that will actually make the potatoes extra crispy when you ask them to. Really, really love em!

no fuss or frills type of place

This is one of those mom and pop breakfast places that you want to go to on a Sunday morning to have a no-fuss breakfast. I usually stop by the nearby newsstand on the corner of Kinross and Westwood and pick up a magazine or paper and just enjoy my breakfast at the bar seating. The service is pleasantly speedy given the large crowd of regulars that frequent the place. I highly recommend it!

Great, affordable food

This restaurant is walking distance for many UCLA students so as an undergraduate my friends and I would end up here. It's a great place to go when you're hungry and haven't got too much cash to spare. The food is just great, my favorite is the Westwood Omelette, and my husband always picks the hotwings. It can be hard to find seating during the busy time, but if you stick it out it's definitely worth the wait.

• Cons: Parking, finding a seat when it's busy
