Best Italian next to Italy. I lived in Rome for a while, and I'd have to say Pomodoro is the closest I've gotten to authentic Italian food. Everything on the menu is recommended. Try the bruschetta, it's how I found out about the place. The restaurant itself is very small, but has great ambience. It's good for small and intimate groups, and the service is great. It definitely reminds me of Italy.

Don't miss the pizza!. This is my wife and my favorite Italian place. It's quaint and romantic and the food is fantastic. Don't miss the Pollo Fiorentina, also excellent are the Pollo della Casa and Rigatoni alla Toscana. Don't overlook the pizza ... it may just be the hidden treasure in this hidden treasure of a restaurant. It's thin and simple, with the most wonderful flavor. Try this place!!

Great Value, Charming restaurant. This is one of Westwood's best kept secrets. Anytime i'm in the area, i try to stop by. Authentic italian dishes in a very cozy environment. The bruschetta is one of the best, and all the pasta dishes are consistently good. Very friendly staff too. Be prepared to wait a bit on busy nights, the place is very small with limited seating - but trust me, it's worth the wait.
