Innovative workouts!! – Lalo is innovative and creative with his workouts - he is always changing it up.. he tailors your workout to what you are looking to do - whether it is sports related in my case (skiing in the winter) or that you want to get cut. Lalo pays complete attention to the client which is different than the rest of the trainers I have observed.
A Life Coach. – Lalo is not just a trainer - in many ways he is a life coach - stresses thinking through the exercise - workouts get better over time with Lalo - a life coach - this is a big plus that you receive when hiring Lalo - positive thinking produces a fierce body!!!!

Great Trainer! – The experience starts with goal setting and a needs assessment and moves on to introduce you to a variety of challenging exercises that you've probably never tried before. The emphasis is on proper form versus heavy weights with lots of reps to get the heart rate up. The sessions are a full hour of constant training so it really is more efficient than working out on your own. Before long you realize your stamina has improved and your body is taking a new and improved shape.
Best trainer in the area. – Lalo is a phenomenal trainer; he has an agenda: to get you into Shape!
He immediately determined my strenghts and weaknesses according to my body physique and endurance. In a month, I increased my cardiovascular endurance and got leaner.
