Did not feel well after meal. The family who owns the place is very nice, and I thought the food tasted excellent. Unfortunately, I had the stomach problems after eating at the place although my boyfriend was fine. We ordered different dishes though.

Best Indonesian food in the city. I cannot rave enough about this place. It is extremely delicious. And extremely reasonably priced. The first time we went, I said to my boyfriend in the middle of eating our food, "This place is so good, I'm already looking forward to the next time we eat here." And as I got more and more full, I got sadder and sadder that I wouldn't be able to stuff more food in my face.

Try the lamb curry cooked in 15 (or 21 depending on whether you look at the menu or the little plastic placard on the table) spices. Also the watercress is not to be missed. I'm not sure how a dish can be so rich and so light at the same time, but wow. It's really good.

Great Indonesian Food!. I grew up eating Indonesian food and this is the Best Indonesian I've had outside my home. My kids loved it! A+++

Great Food. Ramayani is a great and original Indonesian restaurant. They have great service and excellent selection. Their satay combination, nasi uduk, and gule kambing were exceptional. Their ayam goreng (fried chicken) is average. They have a wide variety of dessert and their Ice Teler was exceptionally good also. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who would like to try real orginal Indonesian food. Their pricing is reasonable.

Best Indonesian restaurant in LA. Ramayani is the best Indonesian restaurant in LA. It has good service. The food is incredibely great. I recommend this restaurant to anybody who wants to try Indonesian Food.

Delicious. I tried this place with a friend and we were both bowled over by how delicious the food is! The menu presents the food very well for those unfamiliar with Indonesian cuisine. We had a tofu dish, a chicken dish and an appetizer of peanut fritters. The food was perfectly spicy. We also had the lime soda which was great. Lots of choices for vegetarians.

The Best Indo In Town!. Our family is Indo and had a difficult time finding good Indonesian food in Los Angeles. This is the spot for the best and most authentic in town. Most Indonesian restuarants are small, tacky and in some dirty strip mall. This is not one of those experiences. Ramayani is clean, family run and has a pleasant decor. Our family has been eating here for years and Ramayani has consistently had great food and friendly service. We have taken many friends who have never had Indonesian food before and they were excited by the flavors and the experience, most have become repeat visitors. You will love this restuarant!
