I like coming to Scallions whenever I'm in the mood for something fast, heavy and a bit greasy. I have ordered the Sweet and Pungent Wings and their Mushu Shrimp dish, both have all three of the listed qualities. The decor isn't the nicest, but it is decent enough for the half-hour that I spend eating.
Pros: convenience, tasty, affordable

went for a mid week lunch with a group of 8. Quick service. Excellent vegetable spring rolls. Most dishes are well balanced and don't taste like restaurant food. A very refreshing experience. High ceiling room adds to the air and relaxing feel of the place. Kitchen is open and you hear water and other kitchen noises, which isn't loud. But, I ended up smelling like the food. Don't wear something that just came from the cleaners. Great value.
Pros: Excellent food, Great value
Cons: smelly clothes!
