Rooky place. The shop is pretty chic but the service is not...the owner is always there and although she is the sweetest thing ever, I would never go there again...I had made two appointments at the same time, for a friend and me, but when we got there, the other facialist was not there so we had to go one at a time....because she was there by herself, whenever the phone rang, she would stop attending you and run out of the room...when my friend was in there, she actually took the phone in and talked, whispering, while giving the "relaxing"facial....then she went all crazy with the process, taking out every imperfection she saw on your face...i left there with little scars on my face cuz she popped some things too drastically...nice person, but i would never go there again.
