Shady Delivery service. Two men arrived at my home to install new tv and remove old big screen from my bedroom. One of the men was very rude to me. He did sloppy work with wires and when I tried to get him to fix them he told me to "do it myself" and when I told him he was rude and I would speak to his boss, he told me "I am the boss so go ahead and start talking." After telling his partner "I aint gonna put up with this," he tried to take back new tv and only left it after I informed him that it was paid for! He refused to take big screen and left it in my backyard! Before he left he called his boss who in turn called me. He told his boss that I refused to sign delivery papers and this is what started it all. I told his boss he was a liar and that Pacific Sales is lucky I did not call the Sheriffs Dept..

I have no doubt that this would not have happened had my husband or a male for that matter been home with me. This delivery man is a danger to any woman who is home alone and the fact that I have yet to receive a phone call or apology from Pacific Sales speaks volumes. I did however receive one call from the delivery company. They would be picking up old TV on Saturday. The TV will have to sit in my back yard for three days. Oh and no they are not sure who the delivery men will be.

Awful. I really dislike these guys. Bought from them a complete set of appliances in 2008 ($2000+) and the delivered units damages. Called and complained. They told us they will witch them so they took the old units, painted the scratches and brought them back and never even told us. we thought they were bring us new units as so we did no notice until a few weeks later (scratches were on the side).

Other instance, we called for service on the microwave. the geek squad came, replace the door and broke the plastic grill. he said he will order a replacement. I called after 6 weeks and they have no record of this. i file a property damage claim.

Stay away! pay the extra 5% and go to Best Buy. you will thank me later.
