just dont like the girls. also, they dont have permanent hair color only semi-perm so you're paying too much money for something that's going to wash out fast! i made an appt w/ libby for a couple things. the first was to tone my yellow-bleached hair. she said she has "squeezed" me in. not only did my hair not come our any less brassy, but she bounced me back and forth bewteen a trainee and herself which i was not happy to be paying for an unexperienced bimbo to do my hair. then she left the toner or for maybe 2 minutes saying the color had come out perfectly and it wasnt until my hair was dryed did i see it was unchanged! very dissappointing and unprofessional.
