I would not trust this company

Realtors in Long Beach, and for that matter, all business people, have a nice rapport. When I call a fellow realty cmopany a half-mile away, I do not expect to be hung up on. This company is not neighborly and before even hearing why I was calling, a man there repeatedly hung up and would not provide the name of the company nor the name of its owner. WORSE YET: after i figured out the owner's name, I called back and asked for him. the man answering claimed to be him. if that's the case, i imagine his mother must be rolling over in her grave. she founded this company in 1958 and I am so sure it didn't last as long as it has by promoting the practicing of hanging up on someone three or four times.

Worst rental company ever!!!!

Rene Realty is abolutely horrible. The worst rental company that I've ever used. The office staff is extremely unprofessional but worse, they're very confrontational. The company is unwilling to ever admit wrong-doing. They delay repairing items until you've reminded them several times, their maintenance staff are very unprofessional, dirty, and unkempt, definitely not the type of people that you would like in your home. They are never friendly or helpful with anything. Definitely a company and group of people to stay away from.

Do yourself a favor and don't have anything to do with this company EVER! They are in this business to screw people over. PERIOD. They are slum lords!
