Revamping former hot spot Area, SBE introduced this latest incarnation in March 2010 for discerning clubbers who were simply over the three-year-old digs. While it maintains its notoriously strict door policy and sleek atmosphere, trendoids who make it past the taught velvet rope will find a slightly different look inside. In addition to its neon blue-lit dance floors and private rooms, cocktail lovers can sip signature concoctions like cucumber watermelon margaritas and lounge on leather booths. I love it here. This is definitely one of my favorite Hollywood spots and I try to frequent the club with friends as much as possible!
