For my birthday this year I decided to treat myself to a Thai Massage. I was tired of going to places like "The Massage Place" where I left feeling ok but not really relaxed. I got the info from city search for Wat Po and made an appointment for an hour massage. When I arrived I was happily greeted, taken to the massage area and changed. My massage therapist Metu (sp?) was very nice and he gave an amazing massage. He stretched my muscles, walked on my back, massaged, etc. He's a thin guy so me being 5' 7" and 130 bs, he didnt crush me...lol. Im glad I checked city search and booked with Wat Po. I would highly recommend the place but dont expect to enter some Beverly Hills Day Spa. It is a modest place in a shopping enter in West L.A. The experience you get and relaxed and rejuvenated feeling you have when you leave is much more important. You cant beat $45 for an hour of pure relaxation!!! My back was in a terribly achy state and the massage relieved it so much! I will be going back very soon and hopefully at least twice a month from here on out!

Pros: Very nice staff, great massage, great value, clean atmosphere

Cons: Parking in the shopping center is limited

These are the most amazing massage technicians I have ever seen. They are friendly, courteous, and, above all, professional! I have constant pain in my neck and shoulder areas due to excessive computer use. After trying other types of massage therapy and even acupuncture, I thought that this was a chronic problem that would never go away. Boy! Was I wrong! Wat Po Thai Massage not only eased my pain on the first visit, but they have kept it at bay since I started going to see them about twice a month for the last few months. My life has changed for the better because of them. I went yesterday, and Nuch attended me for the first time. All I can say is WOW! She did an amazing job on my neck and even on my hands, which have been suffering from Carpel Tunnel for the last few years. Now, I can use my hands to type and don't feel the pain as I have for the past several years. But, don't just go by what I say; go and experience for yourselves. You will never be the same!

Pros: I can't say enough!

Cons: There are no cons, unless you want something other than an authentic Thai massage.
