If the hulking signage of "The Sunset" complex doesn't catch your eye, then the umbrella-lined outdoor patio jammed with muscle-bound dudes (no doubt from Equinox next door), shade-wearing industry types and cell phone-toting waifs certainly will. Just try to call Primo to place a to-go order...they don't answer their phone. Everything takes WAY too long to prepare and isn't really worth the wait. I'm hating on Primo - it's still ringing and I've had time to sign up for City Search to leave this review and they still haven't answered.
- Pros: OK coffee
- Cons: TERRIBLE SERVICE

So maybe you do accept and therefore expect to overpay for everything on Sunset Strip, but for as much as that should be true, it's no excuse for the flavor-free pre-turd fodder disguised as fancy food at Caffe Primo.
Oh sure, the menu items sound nice enough but don't be fooled -- it's a crime for any restaurant to charge these prices and be yet bested by Subway for half the loot.
Save your money, time and taste buds -- Caffe Primo is good to pass.
- Pros: Some organic stuff
- Cons: Taste-free, Over-priced, Weak Service

Good food... good desserts.. great coffee.. but so overpriced & they never thank for gratuity.
- Pros: tastey
- Cons: overpriced, snobby! service.
