Simply Amazing. MAGS is an exceptional artist who knows how to tune in to her clients on a spiritual and 'soul' level. Her work is impeccable. My piece on my arm is simply stunning.

AMAZING. tattoo shop. the artists are amazing.. i got my hummingbird tattoo there / on my chest... i was on vacation and my friend that is a local took me and she got a gecko.. the artists mags and eric are really good at what they do. i got a more imaginative looking piece and my friend's ended up being so realistic her roommate thought it looked like a gecko chillin on her leg! awesome. anyways, definitely recommend it.

LOVE MAGS. I've gotten 3 tattoos from Mags. I have a Spanish Bandita, a little mug of beer, and a can of spinach, and I love each and every one of them. Mags is a punk rocker and she reallly knows her Sailor Jerry(which i LOVE). I haven't been back in awhile, but as soon as I have money again (and not that much money cos she's totally reasonable) I'm gonna rush in and get some more work from her.

Best Tattoo Parlor in the Valley. I brought Mags a teeny complicated flower design I had on a postcard... She turned it into a beautiful piece of skin. I am tempted to go back for more soon....The shop is super clean and all the employees really fun. Awesome experience...dangerous for me...addicted to Mags' work now...need a 12-step program..

Mags is a bad a** tattooer. First off the shop was super clean!

I got a panther done by Mags. I spent about 4 hours in the tickle chair of pure joy. And that just what it was. Mags really rocks with that tattoo machine. The touch she has is really unique. I still have one more session to complete. I can't wait to get back in the chair again, and again. I'll defenitely keep coming back to Subculture tattoo. Oh and they have Sirius Satellite Radio in the shop. I was listening to Howard Stern during the majority of my session, without trying to laugh, let me tell you, it's not easy to do.

Mags and the staff at Subculture Tattoo are the best!!

Awesome people, great experience. Very nice atmosphere, clean and everyone there is super friendly. This was the 5th place I had been in to get some work done and was about to put it on hold for various reasons but really glad I came here.

Everyone seems really cool there, Mags does all my stuff. I've given her complete drawings, rough drafts and just a basic idea and all of it exceeds my expectations. She always understands what I want and is meticulous about getting it right. I get compliments on all her work consistently to the point that I have formulated generic responses. I am a skeptical person but I trust Mags completely . She very relaxing, causes minimal pain and does awesome work.

GET INK! stat!. i took my mom here to get her first tattoo. me, my sister and her were gunna get matching tattoos all came out great. esp for my moms first time a real experiance in a tattoo shop. we had mags do our tattoos and turned out great other staff was very nice again the place is super clean and close to best buy if your waiting for a friend to get finished or your hungry theres a diner down the street. i dont go up to LA that much, im from orange county but when here on a friends recommendation and i would recommend anyone going here! amazing artists super nice people and you should go here. because i said so. :)

Mags is my Superhero!!!. I completely recommend Subculture to anyone who wants a tattoo. I've been to Subculture to have work done a total of 7 times- anywhere from having an old tattoo from a different shop touched up (it looked amazing after) to recently having a larger piece completed on my arm. Mags is a total super star, and the incredibly beautiful tattoos that she has created for me constantly get compliments. Mags is always willing to listen to my ideas, is flexible and patient and makes the experience relaxed and fun. More than anything she is a fantastic artist and I am blown away every time by what she can create. Eric and Sagent are awesome as well, and the team works well together (giving suggestions and encouragement). I have had tattoos done in the past at other shops where the artists were arrogant, impatient, and rough; it was such a lucky day when I found Mags and Subculture! The shop is spotless, the artists are exceptional, and I've never left the shop not feeling ecstatic about Mags' latest masterpiece- Go to Subculture!!!
