My new FAVORITE place for Sushi!!!. I found my 'new' favorite local sushi hangout. I was just driving by looking for somewhere to eat and spotted this hidden gem. The decor of the place carries a hip and trendy feel. And the staff greeted me right when I walked in. I felt very comfortable right away! The food presentation was amazingly artistic. Everything looked like artwork and tasted even better that it looked. The sushi was melting in my mouth and their rolls had me ordering more and more. Overall a great experience here and I would recommend it to my friends and family. Friendly atmosphere and excellent service. Would definitely go back again and again.

Beautiful presentation and delicious!. I went here with a friend of mine based upon the reviews I have read, and we loved it! The presentation was gorgeous and the sushi was really fresh and delicious. The tuna sushi was the best I have ever had, hands down. The service was fantastic too...so nice! It was not crowded and just all in all a good experience. I'll be back!

My New Favorite Spot. This place is my new favorite neighborhood spot! The restaurant has a nice chill vibe and sitting on the front patio at sunset was great! My boyfriend and I LOVE sushi and we're always trying new places. We were very impressed with the delecious sushi and beautiful presentation! The waitstaff was super friendly and made us feel right at home! They even gave us souvenir chopsticks upon leaving! We had plenty of food and spent only $40 with tip!

Rising Southern California sushi chain serves up stylish fish and cooked Japanese dishes.. In Short
This bright, cozy spot combines hip Asian touches with cool mid-century modern style in burnt orange tones. The charming side courtyard patio sports lanterns, fountains, plants and an odd but pleasant Spanish colonial mural. WeHo and Beverly Hills locals gather casually amid the staff's warm hospitality and bebop jazz for California-style Japanese cuisine. Artful specials include tropical seared tuna skewers, fried king prawns, hamachi ceviche, snow crab salad, Hawaiian roll, chicken katsu, and bento, sushi and sashimi combos.

Great sushi and excellent service. Based upon the reviews that I read about Sushi Ozekii, we gave it a try. The service was excellent and and sushi was fresh. The chef also gave us a couple of free samples. Good prices and you can't beat the 99cents Kirin beer. Parking is very easy. I will be back soon.

GREAT SUSHI, GREAT STAFF, GREAT PRICE!. I am not a huge sushi fan, but I enjoy it occasionally. Since Sushi Ozekii opened near my place, I decided to try it. HUGE portions and a great price make this a great place for dates and dinner with friends. The staff is genuinely happy to help and so lovely. It is clean and the sushi is fresh Three rolls ended up being plenty for my party of two and the bill was about $35 with tip! Gotta LOVE that!

Amazing food, Amazing service!. For date night, my boyfriend and I decided to try out this new sushi place that he'd heard about -- Sushi Ozekii. From the moment we walked into the door, we were treated extremely well by the entire staff -- we met everyone in the place by the end of the night! -- and did not have a single thing to complain about. The rolls are huge -- we could barely finish 2 between us -- and very fresh, well made, and beautifully presented. We were also treated to an amazing mushroom appetizer AND eel tempura by our sushi chef as well as the soon to be famous orange teddy bear dessert. Our waitress also gave us a great plum sake recommendation, as well as tuned us in to the 99 cent draft beers.

All in all? Wonderful. It would be a waste of time to go anywhere else for sushi in the area. The staff was the kindest I have met in LA so far and the food was unbelieveable. I have already recommended Sushi Ozekii to many friends, and plan on going back soon -- although, I expect that by then, it will be impossible to get a table.

BEST SUSHI IN TOWN, try the dynamite roll!!. I went for my first time with my girlfriend about a week ago and LOVED it. Great service is accompanied with a friendly atmosphere. For the portions and quality of the sushi the price is unbeatable. Since our first time we've gone twice more and we suggest that everyone tries sushi ozekii atleast once, you won't regret it!!

High class without the cost. This sushi place is amazing! My girlfriend and I were searching for a sushi restaurant and didn't know where to go one night. We passed a number of places because we thought they would be too expensive and did not stop at others because they looked to cheap. Then we saw Sushi Ozekii with a grand opening sign. We decided to be one of their first customers and have not regreted the decision. Creative sushi often ends up costing a load and you rarely end leaving full. This place is the exact opposite. They have regular sushi and the creative rolls with sauces and other extras. The best part is that one plate is more than enough and two you will struggle to finish. Finally, the most expensive rolls are these creative rolls and they only cost $10.75. Every time my girl and I go we spend exactly $33.75. That is two huge plates, mussle apertizers, softdrink, and unbelievable service.
