In Short
Third in a chain of locations including the Grove and Monterey Park, this stylish Thai spot looks to compete in Hollywood's Thai Town at the original Palms Thai spot. New decor is clean and modern yet retains traditional elegance with pale blond wood furnture, Thai paintings and sleek black bar. Noodles, soups, salads and curry standards prologue a specialty list of "exotic things" like quail, wild boar, frog legs with green peppercorns and other items hauntingly similar to those of its predecessor.

We love Thai Patio -- after a trip to Thailand a few years ago, it's one of the only Thai restaurants we've found that mirrors what we got in Bangkok. The service is friendly and reliable, the menu is large, and the food is really great, not to mention pretty cheap. If it weren't such a schelp for us, we'd be here a lot more often!

Found this place by accident, but what a great surprise...... Excellent food, $27 for dinner for 2 (before tip, w/ dessert.......) Valet Parking and live entertainment.... They serve food well into the late hours, and they do not rush you at all. It was a comfortable date spot, as the music was not over bearing. The eggplant and basil was perfect..... try it with the steamed fish, it melts in your mouth. Nothing fancy, not pretentious, just good food and good service..... That's all I'm asking for.

Great food and friendly service. The only drawback is they don't have a fax machine to fax menus :( but they really do have great, fresh food and everyone is always friendly.
