I have been ordering supplies for my bagel shop from them since 2008.

Everything was fine until today, I made a phone call to Bakery Depot, reporting about a defected CO2 tank that was purchased from them. They refused to give me a full refund because the tank was purchase more than 15 days ago. They did offer half refund. But that is not good enough for me. It does not make sense to refuse refund for something that has no expiration, and is not perishable.

They have a minimum order of $600. A small bagel shop like mine doesn't consume that much supplies each month. To work around that, I usually order 3 - 4 months worth of supplies from them each time.

It was unacceptable for them to sell defected product to me at the first place and then refuse to provide full refund. IT'S ROBBING.

FOR $10, THEY'RE WILLING TO LOSE A CUSTOMER. You can tell what kind of company/customer service they have.
