VELVET HANDS IS THE BEST (cont.). minimum of 4 hours at a spa, wud assume they wud make an appt; regardless of what any1 who worked at the spa sed, First of all you want to make sure there rn't people with appts. already booked or they wont b able 2fit u in anyhow,its just intelligent 2make an appt. ESPECIALLY if u r the type of person 2want a luxurious& relaxing experience...not to mention-get ur $s worth! I LOVE THIS SPA i thot it was wonderful, i spent the day_aroma-therapy jacuzzi tub_seaweed body wrap_massage_& a facial. ANY R GOOD! And for ever1 else, just in case they are curious, the spa has very nice, serene facilities, great staff that take ater to all your every need- I had fresh juice i a delicious sandwhich. THIS SPA WAS WONDERFUL! I will always go to velvet hands from now on.

WORST SERVICE. i had purchased a package deal with 4 separate services that claimed for the first visit you get a massage, wax, and complimentary drink. The second visit was a facial along with other services. the third visit you get a manicure with a paraffin treatment and a massage, complimentary beverage, special moisture treatment and so on. However, not only did i get yelled at that i didnt have an appointment, after i had called to ask "do i need an appointment?" and they said "no, just come in" Then after she made me wait when there was no one there, the manicure was absolutely horrible. i decided to get the manicure service first. But she was done with me in 10 mins and i didnt even get a hand massage, or a paraffin treatment, or even a beverage as claimed. it was bad bad bad!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! im not even going to waste my time to go back for the rest of the services. They were so annoyed that they weren't going to make any money off of me that day,( they already made their money off me when i paid for the package weeks ago,) that they kept asking me to get an upgrade and add to the package. the customer service was absolutely inappropriate. never going here again!
