I highly recommend this meditation teacher who taught Transcendental Meditation for over 30 years and is just wonderful.

She is down to earth and knowledgeable. Has changed my life!

More than Just Qualified!

Betty is an absolutely amazing teacher. She is so down to earth, inviting, and warmhearted. And after teaching for, what, over thirty years??? I would say she is more than just qualified. Learning with her was a deeply personal experience and not only removed obstacles in my path, but has allowed me to grow more than I even thought was possible. I can not thank Betty enough for her knowledge and presence!
