airy glamour.
everyone at cush is so welcoming and fun! alizabeth does amazing color and cuts, and the day i was there she had crimped her hair and looked right out of the pages of a magazine. hector the owner was also really nice, stopping to talk to a lot of the different clients.
it's relaxing and super chic!

Alizabeth is amazing. The salon is so inviting with its high ceilings and big comfy chairs. The lighting is mellow and nice and the mirrors aren't scary. Alizabeth is my favorite, although the other stylists seem awesome too! She is consistent and so creative. I have had the pleasure of having my hair done by her for a photo shoot and a music video!

go to alizabeth!. Alizabeth not only is one of the sweetest hairstylists I've worked with, but she is also one of the most talented. You can tell my how amazing her hair looks every time I see her! Somehow she always turns my hair into something that I thought was possible only in movies.

Alizabeth is amazing!. I had an appointment with Alizabeth for an up-do (was shooting a music video). So the look needed to be creative and fit the costume I was wearing. Alizabeth had done some research and showed me possible looks for what she had in mind. I love that she did her homework (which made my time in the chair a breeze). In 30 minutes I had a great hairstyle for my bands music video. I definitely recommend Alizabeth--she's professional, sweet and fun!

AMAZING Hair by Martine.
I went to Cush for the first time last week after my friend told me to go to Martine. I am not from LA so I didn't know who to go to for my hair. The salon is super cool and fun and Martine did a great cut on my long hair. She really listened and gave me a great blowdry... it lasted for days!
There is a cafe inside so I was able to eat too.
It is worth the cost, even though she is not the most $$.
I guess it was a great experience
Plus it was easy to get too. Coming from Vermont that is saying alot!
Go to Martine at Cush, you will love it

Sylve is the Best. Sylve has made me believe in stylists again. He has turned my mousey brown hair into a head of thick, full-red luxury. A beautiful color and a great cut. I have recommended him to many of my co-workers and friends and am so lucky to have a stylist like him by my side to make me beautiful. The cut he provide makes getting ready in the morning a breeze! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Worth every cent.. Just go there. Very friendly. Great space. No BS attitudes. Good talent. I went there on a whim. Best haircut in years. Not cheap but reasonable. Worth every single red cent.

Amazing Red with Karina.
I have been with Karina for years now, she is amazing with her sheers, but her color is out of this world.
I have had black for years, I love the dramatic look with my ivory skin, I needed a change and wanted to go red, I could not have imagined how much I would love my new look instantly. I assumed it would take a toll on my hair and I would have to go into repair mode for a few months, but she left me with a head of beautiful and shiny intense red. I love it sooooooo much!
If you want to upgrade your look, KARINA VEGA is the stylist for you!

Sylve changed my life!.
I was refered by a friend who said you have to get your hair cut at Cush by stylist Sylve. Of course I was thinking Beverly Hills I think I will pass but I decided to give it a try because she swore by it and I'm so glad I did!
When I met Sylve I got a wonderful first impression he was professional, nice and best of all he had no attitude which for me has been hard to find in LA since I've moved here. I've always had very long hair but knew I wanted something different so I decided to go with a Beckham Bob and I love love love it!
I could'nt believe I trusted someone I just met to cut my hair like that but I'm so glad I did I get compliments on my hair all the time by strangers and close friends say I'm a different person in a good way:)
The Salon itself was awesome. The other stylist were friendly and they even have a cafe! I will continue to go to Cush for all my future cuts and refer all my friends and strangers to Sylve

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Miss Karina Vega is a definite must see. She sassy, classy, super sweet ,and of course is incredibly talented.!!! Its nice to finally go to someone who not only knows what she's doing but takes the time to really listen to what you want and never makes you feel rushed. So don't waste your time and money on a mediocre hairdresser make an appointment with Karina Vega! You wont regret it!
