Better than I expected. I had a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable facial. The aesthetician,Robert was very knowledgable and gentle. The ambience of the locker room and lounge were a nice bonus.

Zen, Atmosphere, & Affordability. The first thing that struck me when going to Zen Spa, was the great atmosphere. You're immediately struck by the beautiful architecture, scents, sounds and all over "Zen" atmosphere. The second thing being, the prices. In LA it seems you have to choose between a dingy nail salon style massage for cheap or $400+ for atmosphere at an elite spa. Zen Spa combines the best of both worlds with decadent packages OR amazingly reasonable mini massages, in addition to their spa services and well stocked lounges. Also, being able to get a lunch delivered from the shopping center next door is a huge plus!

Lest we forget, I have never had a bad massage there. I have had massages by many different therapists and I have never had a bad experience and they're very good about special needs. In addition, the rooms are all beautiful and beds are so very comfy. At Zen Spa you CAN afford to treat yourself, and it's so worth it.

Best Spa In The Valley-They offer it all!!. My husband and I have been going to ZenSpa for over 5 years now. They truely make us wanting more with every visit. From the cozy warming beds to the awesome massage therapists, we've never had a bad experience. Their changing rooms offer everything you could need to prep yourself after your treatment and their quiet waiting area displays relaxing lighting, a water fall and delightful nibbles if you forgot to eat your breakfast. Did I mention their pregancy massage is out of this world? I had the privilege of enjoying this treatment recently being pregnant with my 2nd son. It was so wonderful and never once uncomfortable. If you haven't been to this spa yet you must try it! It's great to go alone, with your better half or with a girlfriend. Sundays are in our opinion the best days but if you want to go during the week definitely take advantage of their buy 1 treatment get the 2nd 1/2 off Monday-Thursday. Just another BONUS going to the fabulous ZenSpa!!

The best massage ever!. As a full time massage therapist and makeup artist, I use my body and hands every day for work, so I need massage therapy to keep me going. Kajha is the best massage therapist I have ever had. He is professional, thorough, and strong. As for the spa itself, the staff is always friendly and greets with smiles. The locker rooms are always stocked with every amenity one might need, and the lounge area is nothing short of serene. With dim lighting, comfortable furniture, treats and teas to sooth your soul, it's a place of refuge for me! I can't go anywhere else.

Beautiful and relaxing. I had a Hot Stone Massage in ZenSpa last week and loved every minute of my experience. It made me feel very relaxed and calm. I highly recommend this place because the staff is very sweet and the customer service is oer the top. The Hot Stone was just what I needed. I will be going back in the future.

Top to bottom best spa in LA. The service is unmatched and the Management is flawless! I wouldn't go anywhere else within fifty Miles and believe me when i say that I've tried.

It was a good spa before the new director took over, then it became the best spa!

ZEN SPA FOR LIFE. Hands down, Zen Spa is the best spa that I ever went to. The place is really Zen and relaxing. The staff is nice and they have the knowledge of all the treatments, and they can help you out to choose the right treatment for you, unlike the other places that are just trying to sell you something and take your money; I spoke with a lady named Florence (with excellent customer service). She was really helpful and she made sure that I get the right treatment, since I was in a car accident!

I will go back again and I highly recommend the place to others too.

Very Unfortunate. Our family has been going to Zen Spa for the past several years and have always had a positive experience until recently. My wife scheduled a massage for me on Father's Day. I checked in at reception and proceeded to the lounge area where I waited for 45 minutes. I was then told that the receptionist thought I had not shown up for my appointment. (The same one that checked me in!) The Manager was very apologetic and made every effort to make it right and we left somewhat satisfied and understanding.

I called yesterday (Thursday) to schedule another massage and was told that the therapist I requested would be available tomorrow. (Friday) I arrive Friday and am told that my appointment is for Saturday and she must have gotten her days confused.

I'm not sure if this happens to anyone else but our time is too valuable to waste on this type of blunder. It is too bad because we really enjoyed going there. We will probably start using the Spa at the Four Seasons in Westlake Village. Yes it is more expensive, but I can plan my day around it and not be left disappointed.

Best Couples Massage. My husband and I recently had a romantic date night at ZenSpa. We received the couples massage in the couple?s suite and it was really relaxing. My massage therapist was Audrey and my husband?s therapist was Victoria. They both gave us BodyWork massages. It was very romantic and the staff was so sweet. We are going back again. We highly recommend these two massage therapists for BodyWork Massages in the couple?s suite.

Best Organic Facial. ZenSpa uses a line called DNA Skincare that is completely organic. The facial smelled like a garden of flowers and I felt refreshed after. My skin looked much younger and more firm. I absolutely loved the atmosphere at ZenSpa. Very relaxing and soothing. I had a beautiful day. I highly recommed this spa for a spa day when you want to relax and get a very effective facial.
