I absolutely love the sleek, modern and very earthy design of the spa-such a refreshing change from the average airy day spa. I was greeted by a friendly front desk girl who showed me back to the locker rooms. They are small, but very well-appointed and elegant. The foot soak and tea service were a fantastic way to start off my service-very relaxing! The service rooms are beautiful and the beds are soooo comfy! My massage was extremely good. I chose the So You and the therapist did a fantastic blend of hot stones with deep tissue and I don't know what else-I was too relaxed to remember what they said! But they only charged one flat price for the blend and I felt that my massage was customized to my issues, which is rare in Los Angeles. Overall a really lovely experience.
Pros: knowledgable staff, beautiful decor, comfy beds
Cons: smallish

This spa (and the service provided therein) was PROFOUNDLY BAD. You'd have a more fun-filled and relaxing experience sitting in the Brookstone massage chair at your local mall. Sad, but unfortunately true.
Pros: The only good thing is that I learned never to go back to this black hole of a spa again.
Cons: I wasted 1.25 hours of my life and 150 of my dollars at this establishment. A con indeed.
