Talked by phone and confirmed by email that he would arrive to clean our place to be ready for an Open House. He didn't show up as of 1hr. 45 minutes after agreed upon time. Didn't answer multiple calls or emails. Seems like a nice guy and I hope he has not had a personal problem....but the bottom line is that he didn't show up and we are left hanging.

Justin is a cleaning wizard. Highly reliable and so thorough - you've never seen any body clean so fast and so well. Great energy and "can do" attitude. Highly recommended!!
Pros: Energetic and thorough - no missed corners. Very fair price.
Cons: None whatsoever.
