The best acupuncture AND facial treatments!

I found Kris while searching for an acupuncturist to address my tendonsynovitis on my wrist. She used the traditional acupuncture on my hand, but also let me sample some of her other modalities like cupping where she heats up glass cups with flame and puts them on your back. I had heard about this technique when Gwenyth Paltrow had those mysterious dark circles on her back, but had always thought it was wierd. After trying it the first time, it is now my favorite! It feels really good, doesn't hurt at all, and releases a lot of stress and tension in the back and neck.

More recently, I went to Kris to address some facial concerns such as unevenness and discoloration, and she used a combination of facial needles, face packs, massage and jade rollers to give me sheer luxury for an hour and half. I arose feeling totally relaxed, and when I looked in the mirror, my face looked tighter, toner, even in color and simply glowing! I was amazed.

Overall, Kris is super knowledgable, friendly and going to see her is like going to see a friend...except she is a friend who performs accupuncture and massage during our visits. Her office is really cute and nicely decorated, and she has a really great array of music from Hawaiian and New Age to Tibetan Techno! I would reccommend that you ask her to play "Iz". Puts you right to sleep.

Excellent all around acu-massage woman and treatments

I found Kris here on Citysearch after a bad experience with another acupuncturist, who charged me a fair amount over months and didn't do very much for my lower back problem. She uses a mixture of effective techniques and she doesn't rush you through, as opposed to a lot of other practitioners. She is good at what she does and she's a caring healer who takes her time with people. I can only second everything the previous reviewers said about her and can only say good things about her and her treatments.

Best Acupuncture - Massage

Kris' treatments are truly unique! She has magical hands and she always combines acupuncture with massage therapy. She healed my back problem when my last resort was back surgery.

She really integrates Eastern and Western style modalities, with a touch of spa touches. Her treatments never feel rushed and I always feel like I had a mini vacation after I leave her clinic. She also seems to melt the knots in my neck and shoulders...I really feel like a new person after each treatment.
