hot chicks-strong drinks!!!. been here 3 times in the past month or so, Every time Epic!! Tons of hot chicks to talk to and the drinks were almost to strong( i said almost! ). waitress's are charming and gorgeous as well! this is my new neighborhood hang.

still alive and kicking!!!. Just celebrated my birthday at Winstons, I got the contact info off their site winstonsbarla and I emailed them, I got a response right away and I was able to make a reservation, all my friends got in and we had a blast. The staff was awesome and the server was top notch.

Still an ok scene, was better in '08. This is your basic hot "hollywood" bar that used to be hard to get into. All black inside, great DJs, good vibes and not too much bottle service drama. Girls are friendly and there is a lot of opportunity for guys and gals to flirt at the long bar that lines the whole spot.

Great bartenders who are quick and know what they are doing. This is still a great bar even if the "scene" has moved on elsewhere. Drinks in the $9 to $13 range. Beers are cheaper.

A great place to be after 11 on a Friday or Saturday night. Kind of dead earlier in the week.

fun nightlife. this is an exclusive bar and night club combo that has great music and energy all around!!!!!!!!!!!!11 the only prob is sometimes its so fun theres a line at the door

It was better in 2007, but it still is fun. Look, this is a very small bar. Like, call the fire marshal if there are 125 people because you are going to have a stampede small. Accordingly, they cannot let everyone in. Physically. That said, the door people are not obnoxious by Hollywood standards. If it is late in the night and they are over capacity, you are not getting in. If you do not look the part, they might not let you in. (But, lets think about this people, would you go to church wearing a tube top? No.) But if you are dressed appropriately, are patient and actually treat the door people with respect, they aren't bad guys. This is not the hot spot that it once was - think people excited just to be there - but the drinks are still strong, the music is still great and the vibe is still cool. Hopefully, the Hills won't ruin it, entirely.

Can be fun some times but has lately started to be less fun... I have been here 15 times over the past 1 1/2 years.. Can be fun some times but has lately started to be less fun.. This is the door people being too nice, just because people are getting bottle service dose not mean you should let them in!!! Its these "teams" of 5+ guys that are starting to make this bar stinck, we need to go back to fall 07, let in local interesting people with good style!!!! I think there is room for this bar to be fun again..

Winston's is always fun!. These bad reviews are retarded... A. They don't make pizza. Seriously, they don't even serve food there so some of these people are obviously quite confused. It can be tough to get in, but come on, this IS Hollywood after all. Bring more girls than guys, don't be difficult, and you will be fine. Stiff drinks, incredible music, always good looking people. If you cant get in here, try el guapo, big wangs, the red rock, snake pit or some other sports bar or dive,cause those are the only places in town you will.

worst attitudes-- Avoid at all costs...... Honestly, I thought these kind of LA bars kept to themselves on Hollywood Blvd in the Cahuenga Blvd area. It's awful. It's a joke. Yeah, there's a bunch of short skirts and chicks on their phones but yikes, man.... Save yourself.

Fakest party losers ever!!. This is the worst pizza I've ever had in my life!! You call this a pizza joint? Winston's has the facade of being a very hip spot, but that's only on the outside. Once you actually get to know Winston's a bit better you can tell that he's the fakest bleach blonde, nose job having, silicone implanted man on the planet! But seriously, the quality of people that actually frequent Winston's on a regular basis seem to be the type of person that would probably try to order pizza there. We're talking about a sincerely un-gifted sort. The staff is OK, at least they try to be accommodating but that's probably so that they'll get a good tip. The DJ is the saving grace...off the hook!! If you decide to go to Winston's to check it out anyway after reading this review, make sure you don't forget to eat first because their pizza really is terrible!

OMG Winston's = Fun. OMG, First of all, let me tell you, I go out all the time, but this place is the BEST! I went there on a Saturday night, OMG you guys, the doormen were the NICEST people, and let me right in. Yes, I was in Playboy last month, but come on, I'm sure those cute doormen treat everybody as good, we're all neighbors! As soon as I got in, OMG you guys the music was just AMAZING! I have never heard better music ANYWHERE and I go out all the time. After dancing a little, I went to the bar and OMG you guys, the bartenders were the NICEST people, I barely had to wait for anything! I will definately be back several nights a week, nobody in L.A. treats you better than WINSTON'S! OMG, I'm thinking of renting an apartment accross the street, just so I can be closer to this place. If you aren't with me on the dance floor at Winston's, there must be something wrong with you. OMG.
