TERRIBLE - DO NOT SHOP AT NOMI BOUTIQUE!!!. BEWARE!!! If I could select zero stars, I would. The service at Nomi is beyond bad - so rude and unhelpful! They sold me a defective product and would not take it back! They do not stand behind what they sell and do not value their customers. The store is messy and quality of the items that they carry is not up to the high-end boutique that they try to be. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else - there are too many other great baby stores to be bothered by the bad experience that you'll have at Nomi. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!

Nomi Best Baby Store in LA. Hello,

I would just like to share my outstanding experience with Nomi. As soon as I stepped foot in the door, I was warmly greeted and kindly asked if I needed any help. The store was arranged wonderfully, and all my baby needs were met. I was guided through the store by a very helpful woman whom I believed was the manager, and for any question I asked, no matter how small, I received an answer. The customer service was excellent, and I will definitely recommend this store to all of my "expecting" friends. Although I was just shopping to help my wife, I will be coming back with her for all our needs for our newborn son. I was extremely satisfied with all the help and products offered, and thank you for making my experience at Nomi so welcoming, all the associates were friendly and helpful.

DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!! WORST STAFF, RUDE SALES PEOPLE, UN PROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED, UN HELPFUL, STRESSFUL, MEAN, AND DUSTY WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE, NOTHING IN STOCK EVER!!!!!! IT IS THE WORST BABY STORE. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!! WORST SALES PEOPLE, RUDE, UN HELPFUL, UN PROFESSIONAL, UN ORGANIZED, AND JUST THE WORST EXPERIENCE ME AND MY FRIENDS HAVE HAD!!!

I came to this store expecting the most amazing thing in the baby world. You walk in and it's like a dusty warehouse! I figured ok, its big. Then after walking around for about 20 minutes NO one helped me. There were 2 girls at the front desk and 1 of them was constantly talking on the phone in FRENCH!!! And could care less to help me. Then my friend talked me into doing my registry. THAT WAS A MISSTAKE!!!! My friends could not buy anything from my registry as NOTHING was in STOCK!!!!! It was frustrating when I called to ask who sent me something from my regsitry as the gift had NO NOTE!!! They could not tell me who it was. It was something that was NOT on my registry either.

DO NOT GO HERE EVER UNLESS YOU WANT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS!!!!

For a Dad like me who didn't know anything, NoMi Boutique saved the day!!!. I wanted to impress my wife by taking some of the load off of her and decided to do some of the shopping myself! Yes, I know you're shaking your heads but it's true. Little did I know what I was getting into. Who knew there were so many different strollers and cribs to choose from?!?!? :) The selection was unbelievable, what a beautiful store! If I was a pregnant woman this is definitely where I would be hanging. Thank God for the staff who helped me navigate my way and make excellent choices. I admit I didn't actually buy anything without getting my wife's approval but I definitely scored bigtime with the Mrs. when I took her there and knew what I was talking about. :) Thank you NoMi Boutique for all your help and making this time such a special time in our lives!!!

Rudest sales peple ever.. When you buy a 1000 dollar stroller and ask to get replaced on the handle that brakes, you get a phone number to the manufactorer, and that is it!! I asked what to referance to and the sneaky girl in the phone could not fnd my reciept, and she snapped at me and said she could not help me but was trying( in a very snappy way) however i have spent more than 2000 in the store allover.

Ever since the Swedish girl Pia( whom was very nice and helpful) this store has gone to waste ( and i dont mean baby waste) I think these people think they are sooo cool just because a few celebrz shop here.

Will not recommend to any mama at all..

From teddy bears to teething rings, this warehouse-like shop is stocked with every imaginable accoutrement for the pampered child.. In Short
L.A's smartest moms know that, despite its un-fancy mid-city location, this baby boutique is a one-stop-shop for everything a tot could need. There are teething toys, diaper bags, Baby Bjorns, strollers, baby monitors, blankets and sweet sheet sets. Budding Einsteins will appreciate the wide selection of baby books, and Anna Wintours-in-the-making will look positively edible in the super-sweet denim, bathrobes, tees and booties. And for good, old-fashioned fun, what kid wouldn't appreciate the shelves of plush stuffed toys?

Hits: The sheer breadth of merchandise offered at this store puts most similar boutiques to shame.

Misses: The loud rock music playing may not be the most condusive to peaceful naps in the stroller, so be prepared to leave Junior at home.

If you want unique product and a great shopping experience go here! I did my whole registry here.. I found out about this store from numerous friends and family members that were all raving about this new baby store. I never heard about it, so I started researching it as I am about to have my baby, I found great articles relating to the store about great selection and helpful staff. The fact that every celebrity who is currently pregnant went here only added to the excitement of going there! As I walked in the sales staff greated me in a professional manner and let me do a little browsing, later Pia helped me go through everything I would need in order to be set for my new baby to come. I have to admit it is a little bit of a haze since everyone seems to have the right answer for everything baby. But they were really helpful and told me the differences between glass bottles and plastic bottles, wheater I should have bumpers in the crib or not, and why I should choose an organic mattress. I truly recommend this store they have agreat selection and have amazing people working there, it also does not hurt that the store is huge!

DO NOT shop here. Worst customer service!!!. I registered here for my baby shower. My first experience was great and the salesperson was very helpful. Every other time I've been there the other girls were too busy playing on the computer or twirling their hair to help me or anyone else in the store. Also, my grandmother had purchased a highchair for me 2 months prior to my shower. I never received it and supposedly, they are supposed to send a card with a picture of it to my shower, however they never sent that. It was very upsetting to my grandmother and to me that I couldn't receive that AT THE VERY LEAST!!! Finally, when it came in, they charged the card, but never shipped it!! 2 weeks later I have to call and they say they can't find the invoice. Then they call my grandmother to get her credit card number again to charge it again? They already charged it! I had to call about 5 or 6 times and always, they were extremely unhelpful, i don't think anyone EVER even apologized. They also overcharged her card. The high chair is $249, but charged her $289. For something that is supposed to be such a joyous and beautiful event, this boutique sure knows how to put a damper on things. I will never shop there again and will tell everyone I know to never go there. Awful customer service! Oh, and did I mention that almost everything off the registry they are out of stock on! You can get better customer service at a walmart!

Salma Hayak did Her whole registry here. I cannot belive it, I am just so excited, I was shopping at this boutique called nomi and I saw Salma hayek and her friends there. she even did her registry for her baby daugther. the people in the store are so helpful and friendly and they ahve the most amazing selection. yes prices are high but you cannot find this anywhere and also they are willing to price match anything so if you see it a target cheaper they will match it. Now that is what I called service, that is amazing.

I highly recommend going there just not on weekends there are so many people and it is ahrd to get the stuff you really want they sell out fast, but they can order anything!

I LOVE THIS STORE AND THE MANAGER (BLOND GIRL) IS AMAZING
