Ruined by a few bad apples who think they run the park!

Due to several very difficult and aggressive dog walkers (specifically the ones that wear the matching outfits and arrive in the vans with their pictures on the side) this dog park has gone downhill. It used to be nice but these two got it in their heads that they 'own' the dog park over the years. They have no idea how off putting they are. Instead of showing humility and tact in light of the fact that they are basically using public space to run their business, they have become horribly inflated with their own idea of self-importance and superiority. Despite having no discernible or actual supervised training, schooling or certification of any kind in animal handling or behavior. People in the neighborhood felt they couldn't use the park because of them and mobilized to get the city to change the 'rule' regarding a 3 dog limit to a law. The law went into effect on December 16, 2008. While this has the effect of punishing all dog walkers for the bad behavior of just a few, hopefully it will create a better environment there.
