Fabulous Jewelry!!!!. I agree with the last posting about this being the new hip Valley jewelry store. Very one of a kind pieces, unique and it probably helps that Ms. Brigode is an actual jewelry designer herself. I love this store and find the vibe very warm. I am also inspired by how Ms. Brigode wears her jewelry. She makes you want to buy everything just because you can see it on a live person with the flair she possesses. Very few people can layer jewelry "just right". I agree that it is like Barneys. I also don't agree with one of the reviews that says she acts "holier than thou". Quite the opposite, I might add. When people write things like that....it's usually jealously.

Ms. Brigode, as a person. I had the "pleasure" of meeting Ms. Brigode about 10 years ago in a small bead store in the Valley. I was so taken aback by her horrible "holier than thou" attitude I vowed never to purchase her jewelry, under any circumstances. While her designs are nice and she has gone far with her line, she is not much of a "people person". If you absolutely have to purchase any of her jewelry, please do so without speaking to her, if all possible. If not, I suggest you to look up Irene Neuwirth. She is a wonderful person and a fabulous designer. Good luck!

Barney's Jewelry Dept in the Valley. This is a gem of a store. The jewelry is not only exquisite but there is something for every price range. The selection is very hip and cool, but not vulgar. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is las lovely as can be. She is helpful and very engaging. You will fell like you have known her all of your life. She will thank you if you buy something from her and will be very honest with you about the appearance of the item on YOU. This is my new favorite store and what a breath of fresh air at this little destination strip of boutiques. The girls from Stacey Todd should learn something about customer service from Wendy Brigode and her staff.
