Happy customer for over 2 years. I don't understand the bad reviews, I use them for dry cleaning of high end designer pieces and they remove even the worst stains. Last time I brought in a white Dolce & Gabbana dress with such horrible stains that I thought it's gone... and they even managed to clean this one. Plus they've been always very friendly and helpful...

RUINED my wedding dress day before wedding. I took my dress to Faultline cleaners to be steamed, the day before the wedding. They were recommended based on the fact they handle silk dresses and couture clothing, and wedding dresses. Fault Line RUINED my wedding dress! I took my couture wedding dress to fault line because my hotel recommended them for steaming prior to my wedding. I got my brand new dress back covered in black marks with yellow and green stains all over it and black boot prints on it! hotel concierge called and took it back - fault lien promised to clean it and have it back the morning of the wedding. They brought the dress back at 9am looking worse, it not only had the same marks and stains but now it had several more boot marks all over it. My dress was RUINED!!! The hotel concierge called fault line to discuss it with the manager and at least get my steaming money back. They refused to even give me the money back for steaming and said that my dress could not have been new, that it was clearly a used wedding dress!!! Fault line RUINED my wedding dress!!!! don't ever take anything there!! not only will they ruin your clothes but then not even give your money back. the WORST place that exists!!

An unfavorable business experience. If everyone's experience here was as bad as these reviews seem to describe, and since my experience was pretty comparable to these I would suggest people file an actual complaint. Posting here is like preaching to the choir, lol. If you go to the labbb website, your opinions will make sure Faultline gets some sort of reprimand, and other consumers will hopefully not have the same experience I or others seem to have had.

Stay Away! Will Ruin Your Clothes! Beware of Kevin!. If you want your clothes to smell like cigarette smoke, have rips in them, and come back dirtier than when you dropped them off then you should go here. Otherwise, stay away. The owner has the worst customer service ever, don't give this place your money.

BEWARE! Horrible customer service. Will ruin your entire wardrobe!!!. I took a brand new dress there to be cleaned for an event, when I went to pick it up there was a huge tear in it that was not there before. They told me that they didn't do it and it was my fault. I spoke to the owner, and he said it was my fault and that he wouldn't pay for it. Don't go here!

They make your clothes smell like BO, then try to charge you again if to get recleaned. DO NOT GO HERE. The owner Kevin is really shady!. The owner Kevin is rude, he ruins your clothes, then doesn't apologize. All of my clothes came back smelling like Body Odor and he wanted to charge me to re clean them. This place is the worst.

KEVIN THE OWNER, RUINED MY JACKET, THEN SAID HE WAS GETTING IT FIXED, I CALLED 10X TO SEE IF IT WAS READY, IT WASN'T, THEN THEY NEVER CALLED ME TO SAY IT WAS READY AND THEN WHEN I CALLED BACK THEY HAD GIVEN AWAY MY JACKET. WORST CLEANERS EVER!!! STAY AWAY. I had been a loyal customer to them for a little while, when I picked up my last batch of cleaners, I noticed one of my shirts which I only had worn once, was ripped in the collar from inside out. When I went back to notify the manager/owner, eventhough I was dropping off another 12 shirts, he refused to take responsibility and basically said he doesn't care and I should go buy another one. I refuse to give business to these people and you should never either.

FAULTy customer service. I had been a loyal Fault Line customer for 3+ years. I chose to ignore the fact that they were severely overpriced because the location was convenient (right between work and home) and I knew they'd get the job done right and on time. I easily dropped $80-100 per trip at this place and even took my alterations there.

This all changed a couple months ago when they lost a pair of my pants. Granted, Fault Line takes in a heavy volume, so I figured it was only a matter of time before an article of clothing was misplaced (and the pants didn't fit all that great anyway). However, the way the situation was handled by the staff was a HUGE problem. After realizing they'd lost them, I called every week for over a month and got the same response: "We're doing inventory on Thursday, if they turn up we'll let you know." And of course I'd never hear back from them, not even to tell me they couldn't find them. I highly doubt they ever looked for them in the first place. Finally, I got fed up and asked for the manager/owner, who had the nerve to tell me they NEVER lose ANYTHING because they have a "fail-safe system" in place. Really!? Your establishment is staffed by dudes that are more interested in watching their big screen TV than helping customers, I'm sure at least an item or two has slipped through the cracks on their watch. When I requested store credit to make up for the loss (I didn't even ask to be reimbursed for the cost of the pants!), he flat out refused, saying I would have to come up with PROOF that they were to blame before he would do anything of the sort. Needless to say, I was shocked at his behavior and reminded him of the value of customer service (which obviously fell on deaf ears, but made me feel better anyway) before taking away my business for good.

Unless you're cool with TERRIBLE service (and the occasional lost item of clothing), do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Poor customer service. My wife and I were shopping for a new cleaner closer to home, so we tried Faultline on Westwood Blvd. Bringing in our first batch of cleaning was met with indifference by the evening staff, but picking up the clothes was much worse.

I walked in the front door and greeted the young hispanic man behind the counter, but he was too busy watching The Simpsons on the plasma TV in the lobby to respond. He printed out the bill and tossed it on the counter, still not saying a word. He retrieved the clothes and placed them on the hook, and I handed him the money. I was mentally taking note to see if I got a "Thank you" but nope, he let me leave without saying one word to me, and immediately went back to watching TV. I was made to feel like I was bothering his viewing pleasure. So guess what? We're going elsewhere with our business, and besides, they're way too expensive.
