NOT GOOD. I have heard so many great things about this place, seen the lines outside, etc, etc. I was horribly disappointed! The french onion soup tasted like gravy... it had a flour in it to thicken it... gross! It was inedible and I had to eat the cheese off the top with the bread for lunch. The tomato soup was super sweet. The grill cheese was good (although it took about ten years to get to the table). The service was terrible; they forgot multiple items in our order, everyone was served at different times, etc. I will NOT be dining here again.
