good ed hardy clothes, awful manager
Stopped shoping at Custo Beverly Center.
I used to love shopping at Custo when they first opened. Everyone was so nice, and the selection was great. Manager at the time Ivo knew exactly what I liked and that made all the difference. He was able to chose the right thing for me in the sea of colors. I still wear all the pieces I purchase from there and always get compliments. It is unfortunate that the current staff along with the selection of clothing is not great......
Recently I stopped by the store to try a dress I saw in the window and the sales person asked me in a very snoody ton of voice: what in your size???? Mind you I am very athletic and wear a size 4.
Ivo and the original crew knew how to merchandise and visually display the collection and bring the best in it.
agree with the below:WORST PLACE TO SHOP, OVERPRICED.. these clothes make ed hardy clothes look good. ugh thats a major problem. worst place ever, and worst service ever. rude and inconsiderate.
WORST PLACE TO SHOP, OVERPRICED.. The manager here is awful. I don't know how she holds her job. I could barely understand her with her thick Russian accent. I walked in here a week ago with my friend from out of town and we noticed that there was a ton of ripped and damaged merchandise on the floor. I liked one piece out of 50 (everything is super cheaply made and trashy) and I noticed it had a stain and rip. I asked her if they can get another one and she replied; "no, you like it? Take it, if not leave it....this is it, I'll ring you up." I said I didn't want it and she snarled at me and bumped into me as she walked past to put it back, she said; "you hang things up when you're done." I attempted to get ahold of district management because all the people I know that have shopped here have had the same experience!! She needs to be FIRED!
