I chose JC Evans termite based on reviews that I read here and was not disappointed by my choice. The workers showed up on time and were reliable. The owner Joe performed the inspection himself and gave me a fair estimate. The crew lead by his brother Titus did a fantastic Job repairing the termite and water damaged wood on our 1920's Santa Monica house. I was was quite impressed by the quality of their work and even learned a few things along the way. We are pretty particular when it comes to work on the house. I would use them again, which I can't say for all of the contractors we've had in the past.

Better than the big companies

My realtor recommended this company to us and we were very pleased. The owner himself came out to inspect our place, and within a week gave us a report which quoted a cost half of what Terminex wanted to charge us. They also held our hands through the fumigation process.
The process of selling a house is stressful enough without having to worry about termite companies. My husband and I would definitely use them again.
