Dependable and honest. Prompt, reliable, and honest. I left my phone in the cab and the driver hand-delivered it and refused a tip.

the operator hang up on me. I do not know how they get such five star review , Just called and the operator transfer me to United Cab , then she hanged up

Integrity and Honesty. despite some photo evidence to the contrary, I'm a responsible drunk.but yesterday i had one to many and i didn't even know how i got home(it was a special night).

In the morning while still trying to shake my hangover,i get a call from the dispatcher at Metro cab (thank God my # is listed) to tell me they found my wallet in the taxi.what,i didn't know i have lost it!

one of the drivers came to my home and gave back to me and to my surprise all my CC and money($257) were still inside,and my bigger surprise came when i tried to give the caby some money & he refused nobody refuses money but i think that's what you call integrity.

for sure i will be using metro cab from now on at least i know if i lost something i will get it back.

Beyond expectation!!!. after waiting about an hour with my mother at santa monica hospital for a wheel chair accessible van somebody recommended Metro Cab .So I called them & was surprised how nice the dispatcher was,he promised to have one in less than 10 minutes,I was pessimistic but had no choice. Believe me the cab was there in about 6 minutes,my drive AL was very pleasant & safe.Now when ever i am in santa monica i give them a ring & i love all those priuses they have so adorable.

very pleased. The dispatcher was very pleasant & the driver was very friendly. He was prompt, courteous, just like it said in all the reviews. The car was special. Very pleased, will use metro cab again.

very pleasant. Simple. Called em the night before to arrange pickup at 11:15am.

The guy arrived at 11am. I wasn't fully dressed, so I called the company and they told me no problem, he would wait.

I walked out to meet him at 11:15am. He was very polite and pleasant. Got me to the Metro station without driving like a maniac. Helped me with luggage, and I tipped.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend calling these guys.
