!! Awsome Stuff !!. I was planning my wife's giant 50th celebration and went to american rent all to put the whole thing together. It was a hugh event i need rentals for 80 guests, a tent, tables, chairs, chine, glassware, linens, catering equipment, lounge funiture, lighting, the whole nine yards. Everything was delivered clean and setup exactly where i wanted it. When my guests arrived, I received so many compliments on how the event turned out. I wouldn't go anywhere else for renting items fopr my events.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!. They have a nice showroom which was very helpful in decideing what items to rent. They have some pretty cool products that I haven't seen before, like their columns that light up or their light up tables! I had a great experience and will be returning!

Do not rent from them. I ordered a bed, delivery was $75! But I was desperate as an aerobed I'd borrowed for company sprung a leak. I asked many questions about the bed, was assured that the Marriot uses their rollaways. Well I've slept on hotel rollaways and been fine, this was a disaster. Totally unusable, filthy, creaky, ancient, with a thin lumpy foam mattress. I didn't want it in my house it was so awful. I called immediately and complained, and was told I would get a "total credit". However they charged me $75 for the delivery, which I felt they shouldn't, as they did not deliver a bed that could be slept on. Why is anyone in business if they can't meet the basic standard? When I called after seeing the charge on my statement they were nasty and defensive. I put one star as it is required to post a review, they do not deserve it.
