I absolutely love this place, especially considering it's the only Applebee's near me for quite a distance. All the waiters are young, good looking, very polite and professional. The food here is just to die for. My favorite is the their boneless buffalo wings. So good.
Great food. I remember seeing this place closed down but then it was open again. I guess it's under new management or something, but who ever is in charge they must have hired a new chef because the food was amazing when I went.
WORST Food, Price, Portion .. EVER!!!!!!!. Where do I begin?? We ordered their promo 3 course dinner. My steak was SMALL, unseasoned and cold. Boxed betty crocker mashed potatoes taste better than theirs! And the vegetables ... lima beans! WhoTheHell eats/serves lima beans?! What happened to good old carrots & broccoli? My BF's burger was decent in size but lacking flavor and the bun was disgustingly doughy. How you go wrong w/ a burger, I'm not sure. Fries were cold and soggy. Strawberry cheescake for dessert came in a lil kid's sundae cup and was still frozen. Surprisingly the best part of our meal were the appetizers - a small cup of tortilla soup and the mozarella sticks (minus the marinara sauce that tastes like ketchup). Well, at least their bathrooms were clean & fully functioning. I only know this because I had to v0mit immediately after forcing down their barely edible "food". Let's put it this way... I had a $25 gift card and I was still p*ssed off about the $11 I paid out of my pocket! I would've much rather spent that $11 at The Habit next door. Next time, if I feel like having the average chain food .. I'll stick to Chili's or TGIF.
try to avoid going here..
My husband & I had finally got a chance to eat here at applebee's. I had the mini chicken ranchers w/ a chicken
salad. They served the salad on a small sized portion plate, which was too impossible to eat off of. The ceaser dressing was good though. With the salad....if I'd known that the salad was going to be this small,
I could of went to the store brought all of the stuff for a chicken salad & made a bigger portion of it. Now my husband choise was........ a chop steak. Reviewers out there, what do you call a chop steak?
A) a steak that is chopped or
B) a hamberger thats is chopped.
It should be (A). a steak that is chopped right? Well, that what they specified in the menu. NOT a chopped
hamberger patty. Well that what they served my husband. A chopped hamberger patty covered w/ brown
sauce and sauteed mushrooms. That's what was written in the menu : Chop steak. A fork tender, 10oz.
seasoned chopped sirlion steak, topped w/ a rich brown sauce & sauteed onions & mushrooms for $12.99. It was served w/ some mashed potatoes and 7 or 8 pieces of vegetabels. This restaurant should
specify what they are serving before the customer is surprised of what they are getting and start serving a little bit more bigger portions for $12.99 or more. This is the 1st and last time we'll go there.
