Worst Salon Service Ever. I went to this salon because everyone I have seen in there had really hip and fun hair. After trying over 10 different salons in the LA area, and being unable to find one that compares to my stylist from Boston, I decided to give Altieri a shot.

This was by far the worst hair cut experience that I have ever had. The stylist was pushy, didn't listen to what I wanted, and insisted that I would grow to like his cut. I wanted to cry. My hair has been chopped too short and my style makes me look way older than I am. I wish they had just listened to what I wanted in the first place. The worst part is that this experience cost me $80, which is a lot on assistant salary, and I have to go to another salon tomorrow to have it fixed which will cost me more money.

Stay far away from these guys, they have attitude and don't care what the customer wants at all. They knew I was not happy with the haircut, but I was the last customer of the day, so it didn't seem to matter to them.
