All their reviews on Yahoo and City Search are done by professional FAKE reviewers. Check this to see. Do a search with "Carpet Cleaning Los Angeles" or Use Denver. You will find the same people do fake reviews for the franchise in LA Denver. Just click on the reviewer to see how many fake reviews they have done? I think 35

Professional and Honest carpet cleaner. I first started using these guys in 06 and since then i have them come every 8 months. they do an awesome job and they are very fair priced. i would definitely recommend them

Expert Carpet,Upholstery and Oriental rugs,natural & safe cleaners. My two boys are allergic to dust so I need to make sure the carpet stays clean. Well, I am pleased that the cleaning detergents that the technician used were non toxic and good for people with allergies. I feel good knowing my boys can play on the carpet without worrying.

Great Job. They gave me a time window of 10-12 and were here on the dot at 10. They were knowledgeable about what they were doing and they did a great job. I'm not sure what the going rate is for cleaning my size carpet, but my only complaint was that it seemed a little pricey. I will definitely call them again, though.

Best Cleaning. We needed a down to earth company who consisted of easy to work with people. First we tried to rent a Rug Machine from the supermarket, but we will never try that again?.. To make a long story short, the Citywide Carpet Cleaners were really good to us. The prices were surprisingly competitive and the service was seamless. On time, Professional, Confirmation call, Follow up thank you call, Ect, Ect?? WOW. Very cool guys. Plus we only live in a 1 bed apt but they still seemed to treat us as a very valuable customer. Five Star Company.

company that really cares about it's clients!. was so sick of those old stains on my wall to wall carpet. while I was sitting over coffee with a friend at my house, she told me about this company and how pleased she was with the job and from the customer service. so I decided to try, and indeed so! the carpet was a good as new, not a sign for those old stains, and on that same day I called- I had a technician in my house. he was very kind and polite and the estimation was free of charge! I decided that I want the job done right away. now I have a clean carpet that smells great too!

Very good job:. My rug was in bad shape. I called Citywide and they came the same week. The technician was very patient when we discussed the cleaning. He picked up my rug and delivered it the next week . The rug came back very clean. I was surprised at how great it looked.

Forgot about me. I made an appointment with City Wide a week and a half in advance so I could clear my schedule to make sure I was home. After waiting 2 and a half hours I finally called only to find out that they forgot to put down my appointment on the books so they had no record of me making an appointment. The man that I made the appointment with was the same man who denied that it was him that forgot to put my appointment down. I then rescheduled my evening so that they could come over at 6pm that same evening. After waiting for at least 30 minutes and no one had showed up I called again and they said that they wouldn't be to my place for at least another 30 minutes. That would be well after 7pm. I told them that I had to cancel. The asked me to reschedule and said that they could have someone to my place in 5 minutes. I found that hard to believe since I gave them 2 chances to get to me on time and they couldn't. I would not recommend City Wide.
