Hard rock ABS!. I stumbled upon this find with a local school auction win; I had always wanted to try Pilates. In a short series of classes, I felt a noticeable change! With a few more classes, I felt sleeker in my over-40 body! I was amazed at how much fun I was having too! Trisha and Jesse worked me hard while making me smile and laugh as the hour passed. I find myself missing the camaraderie almost as much as the expert instruction. Pilates takes mental energy and the descriptive approaches given and encouragement along the way are best in class! Thank you to Cassidy and her tremendous staff! TRY THEM OUT!

Great way to get in shape!. If you are looking to seriously get in shape this is the place to be. I go to the Los Feliz location and the trainer, Ricardo, is super knowledgeable and very motivating. I've been to many gyms in the past and they don't compare to this program. The fact that it's in Griffith Park is really great. We go on runs, hikes, do strength training with rubber bands, etc. We're working different muscles everyday. He knows how to get the most out of you, while still going at your own pace. I highly recommend it!

Love it!. I work out with Dulice 3 times a week and she is great. The workouts are always different and they've kept me interested for the past 2 years. I love that I get to work every muscle group as well as work on my cardio.

Best Boot Camp Around. What a great way to start off the year with a wonderful boot camp program. Gives you core training along with strength training. Detail technique on how to preform each exercise, and very good chanellge. Gice it a try. You wont regret it.

Great classes, great trainers, great program!. Morning Crunch is so awesome. The trainers are knowledgable, it's outdoors in nature, it's challenging, but still can be adjusted for people of different levels. I am so happy with the results and I have so much more energy now! Also, rubber bands are provided so all you have to do is bring some water and yourself which is so nice. If you want to get in shape and feel great then this is the bootcamp to attend!

Amazing workout!!. I absolutely love Morning Crunch. I have been going to boot camp for about a year now. Attending was one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself. The workouts are tough, but this isn't the kind of boot camp where you'll be yelled at - instructors are encouraging and motivating, and you can take breaks if needed. I always leave feeling accomplished.

The class schedule is flexible, so there's always a convenient time to go. You don't even have to stick to one time slot. I hate getting up early, so I go to the afternoon sessions in West Hollywood.

Exercises are always varied and fun; each class concentrates on different areas of the body. Working out with a group helps me push myself more, and being outside in the park is a lot more fun than being on a treadmill at the gym!

Classes are super affordable. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to jump start their fitness routine. It's a great way to get motivated to get in shape, have fun, and meet nice people!

Worth it.. Yay for 6am workouts w/Dulcie @ West Hollywood. Her workouts are tough in a good way. She's sweet but not scary/intimidating towards newcomers.

Perks:

She lets you borrow weights and yoga mats. She's flexible with your schedule, so if you miss a class you can make it up. And, she offers returning student discounts. Sign up w/a friend to save $ too.

Plus, you get to work out and watch the sunrise. How awesome is that!

encouraging, fun boot camp!. I joined Morning Crunch in Griffith Park after seeing a deal for the boot camp on Groupon and thinking, "Hmm, maybe I could do that." I am not a very fit person and I've got those new year exercise goals that everyone seems to have, but I am not a very motivated exerciser. I knew it would take a group setting to get my butt into shape. So, a little bit terrified and a little bit excited, I signed up for the 6 am boot camp, three days a week. I'm now at the end of my second week and I am LOVING it! Ricardo, the instructor, is fantastic---so nice and encouraging, and he always helps people tailor the work outs to their specific needs. Getting up so early is tough, but everyone in the class is really nice, and it's amazing to see the sun rise over the mountains every morning. Plus, I am sore every day in a really good way. I can already feel my body changing. We do something different every morning, which makes going to the class exciting. The class really utilizes the outdoor setting. I'm already planning on signing up for this boot camp for the next session--maybe 4 days per week next time!

I love Boot Camp Morning Crunch!!!. I'm in my second session of the Morning Crunch Boot Camp in Sherman Oaks. I love it. It's a kick butt workout with a great trainer. The other people in class are supportive and fun. I highly recommend checking out Morning Crunch!!!

it's NOT militarty BOOT CAMP!. I’ve been doing the Northridge Boot Camp Morning Crunch for 4 months now and Ialready see great changes…lost 15 pounds, down 3 sizes, toned up arms, tummygetting flat…YES! I didn’t think I could handle a Boot Camp at first but John, the Northridge trainer, and the Veteran Boot Campers really made it easy for meto get into my groove! Boot Camp may sound scary, but really its NOT withMorning Crunch. The workouts are tough, but the rest is fun and motivating. Now that I’m part of the program, I don’t ever want to stop! My husband wantsto move from Northridge and I told him NO…unless of course we move to a citywhere another Boot Camp Morning Crunch is located…sorry babe.
