Horrible

The owner is the rudest person. Do not come here if you want a relaxing experience. When you make you appt. the make it very clear that you bring a tip, that it be 20 percent and that it be cash. If you are early for your appt and the girl is not doing anything they will make you wait, while she does nothing. They owner has a big ego and they make you feel unwelcome and make u feel like they just want the money. They could care less. I understand everyone is in business to make money, but a massage is supposed to be relaxing. Not unpleasant. There are way better places like Thai sabai in westwood. At least they are friendly. Never again

Good Massage

The Thai Spa is really a good place to come to if you are looking for a good quality massage. This place makes you feel so relaxed and the massages are very good.

Needs new management!

This place gives a terrific massage, BUT, it has two major problems.

Problem 1: ambiance is very poor - the rooms do not look like this photo here - sort of run down. Also on weekends, the owner's noisy son runs around the place making noise.

Problem 2: appointments are not kept, especially on weekends, twice I was forced to wait over 20 minutes because the manager made booking mistakes. I left both times without the massage and no real sorry or compensation.

This place started out great, but the last three experiences has been terrible.

My New Thai Spa

My new favorite spa! I usually go to Burke Williams or hotel spas.. I am a little tight with money right now so was looking for a cheaper place. I was scared at first ..But I will come here more often ! The place is nice and clean .. I love the room layout. The massage was great! They are very strong but you can ask for less pressure. I loved the massage technique ..The only thing I wish they had is steam and sauna.. but the massage was so good I don't really care. I highly recommend
