Disgruntled employees writing bad reviews

I have known and trusted The Club Beverly Hills with my Golden Retriever for the last three years. The negative reviews clearly come for employees that are upset since they say NOTHING about treatment of dogs. I trust very few people to care for my dog when I am not able or when my dog needs a play day. The Club offers me more than an alternative for my dog, it’s a place I trust and I know my dog enjoys spending time. I love picking up a tired clean dog at the end of the day!

AMAZING PLACE FOR OUR DOGS!

This place is amazing! I can't wait to take my dog finny everyday to the CLUB! , he loves it there, plays, eats, sleeps and interacts with other dogs, it is a very safe place and they take great care of him, when I pick him up after work he feels relaxed and the service is amazing. it feels like a real home for him!

Worst Dog Spa EVER!

This place is ran by the most under qualified people who don't know anything about caring for pets. They always yell at the dogs there, and i highly doubt anybody in this facility has had any experience working with dogs to begin with.
This place is constantly dirty and always has a hint of urine smell. for a place that charges so much i would expect this place to be spotless.
The owner is scary, manipulative, and the worst to deal with. Don't let her passive aggressive personality fool you. she doesn't care about your dogs, only your money.

Worst doggy kennel

I've been to quite a few doggie day cares, and this was by far the worst one I've been to. Seems to be run by high school kids. Just because they seem exclusive that does not mean they are the best. They are just out to make money. Exclusivity does not translate to top notch care.

Nothing much to rave, if you want a bang for your buck check out other kennels.
