Byron didn't show up on my wedding day - totally screwed!. Bottom line: Byron did not show up to do my hair and make-up on my wedding day. If it weren't for wonderful friends there to save the day, my Maid of Honor and I would have been completely screwed.

If you are thinking about using the Byron and Tracey Salon for your wedding day, think about this: you need someone you can depend on. The Byron and Tracey Salon, especially Byron and Anthony, cannot give you that guarantee. In addition, brides deserve to work with vendors who respect the importance, value, and time/schedule constraints of the day - Byron and Tracey cannot do that either.

I have no doubt that the Byron and Tracey Salon is good at what they do. I know people complain about their attitude, but at the end of the day, the attitude doesn't matter if the hair looks good. However, they need to actually show up.

The day before I was scheduled to get my hair and make-up done, the salon called and confirmed and everything was good to go. However, I arrived at the salon at 8:00am on my wedding day, and no one was there. I waited 30 minutes... still nothing. I left a message and left. It was 8:30am on a Sunday and my wedding was in 3 hours - Byron's complete incompetence left me with no options.

Don't count on Byron to show up on your wedding day. What I would like to say I can't write, what I would like to do I would get thrown in jail for, so if you read this please help Byron get his rightful Karma and go some where else!

After confirming the appointment the previous day, Byron on her wedding day was a complete no show for my daughters make-up and hair. One and a half hours later, an assistant calls and asks my daughter who is now frantically on her way to a friends to get her makeup done if she can turn around and come back. With the wedding in a couple of hours the only option for Byron and friends to help would be to meet my daughter at the chapel. Uhh, sorry we can't do that.

Did we get any call of apology. No. Message, card, email no. Did my daughter look great for her wedding... she looked beautiful.

So, I'm sure Byron would have been johhny on the spot if your face is on the cover of People, but not for us regular people.

What I would like to say I can't write, what I would like to do I would get thrown in jail for, so if you read this please help Byron get his rightful karma and go some where else!

Thrilled. Went to Byron to try something new and I got an amazing haircut. Really great. He totally got what I wanted and did a terrific job in a flash. I highly recommend Byron.

best hair cut. hi,....i work at the "anastasia salon" in beverly hills and i have been around all the celebrities in hollywood, seen all kinds of hair dos and colors, i also have very, very difficult hair, dry, freezy and thick, nobody could get the right hair cut on me until i went to Byron, in about 30min, i had THE BEST HAIR CUT EVER, the craftmanship of the cut was impecabile, everything went with the bone structure of my face, jaw line and face shape,you guys must try it...i promisse you He is the best...

Was a great place till the best stylist left.. I had tried many salons when I moved here from NYC and could not find a stylist I loved. Then a friend recommended Bernard at Byron and Tracey. He was the best stylist I have ever had. He has since left Byron & Tracey. After 2 terrible cuts from another stylist I located Bernard again and am happier then ever. BERNARD 310-422-6931

The Best Haircut in Los Angeles. Hello

My review is based on 15 years working in the beauty business representing high end hair care products to the top salons in Southern California.

I met Cervando while he was training at John Freida under sally hershberger the stylist behind Meg Ryan famous look.

When you are ready to change your look Cervando chair is the place sit down and let him work his magic

hint, best to trust his eye rather then tell him what to do.

Face it at his level magazine covers celebrity galore you are paying for his talent.

My hair until recently was my favorite trait until it suddenly began shedding due to health challenges and stress??

It is much easier to work with a thick head of hair, but ladies Cervando cut my hair disguising the missing section. I left the salon feeling pretty but, I will warn you the palce is filled with Hollywood beauties!

Cervando cuts are a brezze to maintain and tend to look great sometimes better a few weeks later.

I am loyal fan and would follow Cervando to any salon without a thought he is the BEST!

Eyebrows and Eyelashes. Gina Veltri does my eyebrows and eyelashes. It is such a treat to have an appointment with her. She is so professional, respectful, does a great job and makes you feel like a million dollars. It is well worth the time and energy making the drive to the appointment.

Love this place!!!. I have been going to this salon since my amazing colorist Dani H moved there a few years ago. A funky and professional arritude abounds...and it is fun to be a part of the fashion world energy that is a big part of the atmosphere. I can't say enough good things about Dani...he is kind, incredibly talented, and always makes time for you. I never feel rushed and have been thrilled with my blond locks since I started seeing him. I always look forward to my visit and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Alex is amazing. I see lots of complaints about Byron. So go to Alex! He is an artist but with an edge that won't overwhelm you. We talked about where I want my hair to be not what he wants to do with it. On top of it, he is a lovely, lovely person. I love my hair and I can't wait to see where Alex takes it in the next year!
