They No-Showed on Me!

This place just ruined what was supposed to be a super special Valentine's day for me and my husband. We were invited to an awards show at the Beverly Hilton on Valentine's day and we thought it would be a fun night to get super dressed up and done up. I asked a few friends and Warren Tricomi came highly recommended for event styles. I immediately made an appointment for Sunday, 2/14. First the called to cancel on me and then the receptionist called back to say she found a stylist able to come in on Sunday. She confirmed a 2 PM appointment. I am just now getting back from sitting outside the salon for 20 minutes, leaving several messages, and still no response. Now I'm stuck with no time to do my hair let alone find another salon. I was really looking forward to looking nice this evening. Thanks!

• Cons: You make arrangements, get excited, and then they don't show

This guy gets long! Layered hair

Iv'e had bad experiences in the past with stylists cutting off too much of my length and not layering it enough. That is why I was so pleased when Byron at Warren Tricomi truly got it! First he let me babble on for like forever about my hair horror stories, but I really appreciated that too.

And when he was done not only did I still have my length I had these gorgeous layers that fell in soft cascading one, two, three steps in the back and around my face that nobody else could duplicate up until now, no matter how much I tried to explain it. Thanks Byron your a gem!

My favorite colorist Dani H is no longer here.. Thankfully, I was able to find him at Byron & Tracey in Beverly hills..

Lovely West Hollywood Salon

Warren Tricomi and Mathew Mommer (hairstyling specialist) were fabulous... First they put you in these lovely silk golden gowns to walk around the salon in (if your a man navy blue silk), instead of those awful bulky black robes they give you in normal salons. It's beautifully decorated with earth tones and a ton of wood that gives an elegant homey feel. The assistant that takes you in the back offers a relaxing head massage (and a real one!) while they're washing your hair. I ended up getting a protein conditioner that has left my hair ultra voluminous. And then of course my hairstylist, Mathew Mommer, who is new, but comes down for one week a month from San Francisco, was fantastic. He did EXACTLY what I wanted him to do in no time at all. Sometimes a haircut and style takes forever but this was perfect. In long enough to enjoy the ambiance but out in time to make meetings. And he was absolutely ADORABLE. I will definitely be back for a haircut and color next time!

Best Hair Salon Hands Down!

I was born with a nice full head of beautiful blonde hair but over the years a bit of dullness in the color department has kicked in. When I came across Warren Tricomi, during my first visit I knew I had finally met the perfect match to keep my locks looking great. Not only was the rest of their team a pleasure to be around, but I happen to be a client of one of the best colorists in L.A. If you haven't treated yourself to a fresh new hair style lately, you are SO missing out! Pay a visit to Bianca, because she has proven time and time again that it's no joke when it comes to creating that wonderful look you've always dreamed of. I cannot tell you how many countless compliments I receive from the ladies and gents. Not only is she a bad as behind the blow-dryer, but she also knows a think or two about extentions. I was always hesitant to try them out but after she transformed me into a goddess, I couldn't keep my trap shut about how amazing and natural they looked. If you're looking to walk out of a salon, glowing over your bouncy new hair....take a trip to Warren Tricomi. You will not regret it!

• Pros: Great atmosphere & lighting. Decor is very appealing.
• Cons: Take some change for parking in case there isn't any in the neighborhood. Not bad, just be prepared. :)
