In Short
Nightlife impresario Shereen Arazm has taken over the space from the Pamela Anderson-financed BlackSteel to create a buzzworthy boutique eatery with a sophisticated interior. At the entrance, a glass-enclosed wine cellar and gleaming bar sugest casual opulence. In the whimsical dining room, enormous crystal spheres dangle amid a stately, leafless tree. French-Asian small plates include clay pot Chilean sea bass, Kobe-style cheeseburgers and artichoke fritters. After dinner, ottomans and stars roll in for the ultra lounge party vibe.

I tried to make a reservation online but it said that Opentable no longer supports there reservations so I called there number to make a reservation. There is no one that answers only a recording. So I left all the pertinent info that it asked for and since there was no return call to say it was unavailable, assumed my reservation was valid. I showed up for my reservation friday at 7pm and to my amazement...they were closed. not people inside but the doors locked closed but like no lights on at all. My surprise birthday dinner was not a success at all. That was some straight "bulls**t". But on the other hand... Bella next door is a nice spot. beautifully decorated and the lamb shank meal to die for. Thanks BELLA!!!!

I cannot believe this place is still open. I went there with a large group and had the worst expierence ever. The food is Over priced and under portioned and dosen't even taste good. It takes more than fancy garnish to be "Fine dining" how bout adding some flavor? To top it all off the server double tipped themselves. I told this to a friend of mine and they were double tipped as well. Coinsidence??? I think not. I highly reccomend not chosing Parc for dinner or drinks. But , if you are forced to go, bring cash so that thier srevers and bartenders canot help themselves to an extra tip on your behalf. I suspect a "Going out of buisness" sign in PARC Hollywood's near Future.
