What People Are Saying About Parc

In Short – Nightlife impresario Shereen Arazm has taken over the space from the Pamela Anderson-financed BlackSteel to create a buzzworthy boutique eatery with a sophisticated interior. At the entrance, a glass-enclosed wine cellar and gleaming bar sugest casual opulence. In the whimsical dining room, enormous crystal spheres dangle amid a stately, leafless tree. French-Asian small plates include clay pot Chilean sea bass, Kobe-style cheeseburgers and artichoke fritters. After dinner, ottomans and stars roll in for the ultra lounge party vibe.
Editor's Tips
- Look Good:
- Dinner reservations are required, and hard to get after 7pm. Arrive before 8pm if you're looking for a quiet drink at the bar. The list starts around 9pm.
- What to Drink:
- The sommelier has stocked up on international and California wines that pair well with the food, so don't be shy about asking for suggestions. There are dozens of bottles available, and a range of wines by the glass.
- Know Before You Go:
- An ad hoc smoking patio is tacked on at 10pm.

A Waste of Time!!!!

I tried to make a reservation online but it said that Opentable no longer supports there reservations so I called there number to make a reservation. There is no one that answers only a recording. So I left all the pertinent info that it asked for and since there was no return call to say it was unavailable, assumed my reservation was valid. I showed up for my reservation friday at 7pm and to my amazement...they were closed. not people inside but the doors locked closed but like no lights on at all.
My surprise birthday dinner was not a success at all. That was some straight "bulls**t". But on the other hand... Bella next door is a nice spot. beautifully decorated and the lamb shank meal to die for. Thanks BELLA!!!!
- Pros: Nice Website
- Cons: Not Open when they say they are
Should be closing soon.

I cannot believe this place is still open. I went there with a large group and had the worst expierence ever. The food is Over priced and under portioned and dosen't even taste good. It takes more than fancy garnish to be "Fine dining" how bout adding some flavor? To top it all off the server double tipped themselves. I told this to a friend of mine and they were double tipped as well. Coinsidence??? I think not. I highly reccomend not chosing Parc for dinner or drinks. But , if you are forced to go, bring cash so that thier srevers and bartenders canot help themselves to an extra tip on your behalf. I suspect a "Going out of buisness" sign in PARC Hollywood's near Future.
Avoid it if you're a large group / hosting a private party
by farmerpeggy
I was hosting a dinner for 20 people - we had a signed contract and had been in touch with the private events coordinator multiple times before the dinner to choose menus, table set ups etc. We arrived and they did not have printed menu cards for our guests' choices or tablecloths on the tables (both of which I was originally told they would have). They were unsympathetic to the fact that we had been told that these would be done.
There is no door to the kitchen so if you're seated nearby the fans can be very noisy. Service was fine though they were not very accommodating with simple changes or requests.
Food was fine, drinks were fine. Just stick to smaller groups - despite our experience it seems like it's a great drink or dinner spot for dates/friends.
- Pros: Nice decor, cool ambiance. Good drink or dinner spot for a date or a night out with one or two friends.
- Cons: Bad for large groups - even w/ a signed contract!
Fantastic Service, Fantastic Food
by stacyweho
If you're looking for a phenomenal dining experience without the attitude, this is the place to go. The happy hour specials are incredibly good deals, and the service is friendly, perfectly timed, and just as good as the food. The tasting menu is a reasonable way to try 3 different courses, and the hummus is the best around. I will be back as soon as possible for the great service, food, and ambience!
- Pros: Service, Food, Ambience
- Cons: None!
