Parc

Hollywood sophistication at its best

  • Happy Hour Tues-Sat 6pm-9pm
  • Late Night Happy Hour Sundays
  • French/ Asian Cuisine

Famed female of Hollywood nightlife Shereen Arazm and partner Alan Moore have added Parc Hollywood as one of the newest additions to the Sunset Entertainment groups list of it spots. Parc has gained an incomparable reputation for its incredible menu of French/Asian fusion, items such as the clay pot Chilean seabass, and cheese and charcuterie platter have created a buzz amongst foodies all over town. An incredibly eclectic wine and champagne list concocted by a top sommelier that can be paired with any food items that have been originally created and mastered. Parc started out as the perfect place to see and be seen, and a year later has maintained its reputation as one of Hollywoods' top restaurants. Parc offers the ultimate all night dining and lounge experience that stays true to the exact definition of what Hollywood IT actually means.

Editorial Review for Parc – by Andrew Rosenblum

In Short
Nightlife impresario Shereen Arazm has taken over the space from the Pamela Anderson-financed BlackSteel to create a buzzworthy boutique eatery with a sophisticated interior. At the entrance, a glass-enclosed wine cellar and gleaming bar sugest casual opulence. In the whimsical dining room, enormous crystal spheres dangle amid a stately, leafless tree. French-Asian small plates include clay pot Chilean sea bass, Kobe-style cheeseburgers and artichoke fritters. After dinner, ottomans and stars roll in for the ultra lounge party vibe.

Insider Tips

Look Good

Dinner reservations are required, and hard to get after 7pm. Arrive before 8pm if you're looking for a quiet drink at the bar. The list starts around 9pm.

What to Drink

The sommelier has stocked up on international and California wines that pair well with the food, so don't be shy about asking for suggestions. There are dozens of bottles available, and a range of wines by the glass.

Know Before You Go

An ad hoc smoking patio is tacked on at 10pm.

5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

If you're looking for a phenomenal dining experience without the attitude, this is the place to go. The happy hour specials are incredibly good deals, and the service is friendly, perfectly timed, and just as good as the food. The tasting menu is a reasonable way to try 3 different courses, and the hummus is the best around. I will be back as soon as possible for the great service, food, and ambience!

Pros: Service, Food, Ambience

Cons: None!

I went here this past weekend with some girlfriends who I have not seen in a while. We started out with appetizers which were very tasty and held us over until our meals arrived. I enjoyed everything from the meal to the drinks to the ambiance, and after 3 hours of sitting there and catching up with friends I had to say that my experience at Parc was amazing and I would definitely reccomend it to anyone who wants to try a fun and trendy restaurant!!!!
