In Short – With their flagship hot spot in Westwood booming, Star Group Management (W Hotel, NineThirty) has opened a second location in the old Ivy at the Shore space. The new restaurant is much larger, and features a white-based décor motif reflecting a beach atmosphere, yet still maintaining the chill vibe of the original venue with a DJ and Asian decor touches. Tengu classics like jalapeno miso sea bass, sashimi picante and specialty sushi rolls are all represented.

What's up with these high end restaurant owners who have
no knowledge of the business failing with investors cash.
Why would anyone invest in idiots like Anastasia Israel and
Kelly Gleason. Failure was inevitable, with little or no restaurant
experience a one person hippie type cafe.

It's the 2nd restaurant to fail in this location, poor management I
guess.
Just like the owners of Abode next door, Anastasia and Kelly, they
had no idea what they where doing. Clueless about upscale
restaurants, food or wine they shoulda stuck to coffee shops.

Went by Tengu and was bummed! Man I loved the dancers they had in the end. They transformed this place into a weird but sort of cool hang out.
