Planted at the bottom of the Disney Channel building, terracotta potted plants and wicker tables and chairs line the entryway for this bustling eatery filled with cheery red velvet drapes, white leather booths and light brick walls. A flatscreen TV and chalkboard listing the sandwich menu bookend the bar opposite the dining area. A nearby cappuccino maker and dessert case touting heart-shaped cookies tempt the rushed lunch hour crowd. The traditional Italian menu includes antipasto, soups and salads, wood fired pizzas and the popular homemade cannelloni and potato dumplings.

If you want good food and to enjoy your meal and company in a leisurely manner, DON'T go to Trilussa. As soon as we got our bottle of wine and $18 entrees, the manager was in a rush to get us out. When I commented that we felt rushed, he told us he had a business to run and that we were lucky he squeezed us in. For food that was OK, pricey and rushed, this was unacceptable -- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I was interested in trying the restaurant, but when no one at the restaurant answers the phone on a Saturday from 3-4:30 and the restaurant opens at 5pm, and when the voicemail is too full to take any reservations, this tells me that the restaurant just doesn't care. I can only imagine how indifferent the service would be. i'll stick with Giacomino Drago's restaurants!

Bacco Trattoria has been around for a while. They focus on regional Italian food and I have to say it is delicious. I have learned that Bacco is named after the Bacchus the ancient God of Wine, need I say more.
