Under Eyelid Lift. The best part about this procedure was that Dr. Younai took the time to thoroughly explain to me the process I'd go through after the surgery, both physically and mentally. There were no surprises, and I knew exactly what to expect. You can tell he has a great deal of experience.

The eyelid surgery is completely natural looking, and you would never be able to tell that I used to have heavy circles under my eyes. I don't look in the mirror every day and think that I look tired anymore. It's great! I would go back to Dr. Younai because he took the time to gain my trust by walking me through the steps, and I am very satisfied with my new appearances.

Amazing Liposuction by Great Plastic Surgeon in Los Angeles. I am so happy with my liposuction and Brazilian Buttock Augmentation by Dr. Younai. I look amazing. I never thought in my wildest dreams that I could look this good. Dr. Younai is turely gifted when it comes to liposuction and buttock aguementation. I had seen his work on the internet and did'nt believe it, until I actually talked with one of his patients who sent me her pictures. I am so happy that I choose Dr. Younai. Not only he is an amazing plastic surgeon but also his entire facility and staff are also great. I can't say how happy I am and I would definitely recommend him to others without hesitation.

Best Liposuction Beverly Hills. I had had Liposuction before with a different surgeon and was not very pleased with my results besides the fact that I was very bruised for weeks, my thighs and abdomen looked the same. I was fearful of not having results again but I was assured by many other friends that Dr. Younai was the best. He's done all of my girlfriends plastic surgery, and she looks amazing. After meeting him I knew this would go as planned. He is an amazing surgeon, and he's so easy to connect with made me feel completely comfortable. I had liposuction in my abdomen area, and It looks beautiful and flat. It's only been a few months and I see definite results and there was very little bruising. He did a great job at taking out all the fat and shaping my body perfectly.

The place to go for plastic surgery in Los Angeles. I was amazed to see all the people from different cities at this place getting plastic surgery. One lady that I talked to in the waiting area was coming back from "London" to have Buttock Augmentation. I guess Dr. Younai is not only well known for tummy tucks & Liposuciton (which I was there for) but also butty jobs!!

abs of steel with liposuction with expert plastic surgeon. I was looking for a plastic surgeon in Los Angeles who specialized in Liposuction, especially for men. Dr. Younai's work was impressive when I looked at his before and after pictures. After consultation I even spoke with another patient of his who had similar type of liposuction of his tummy area. I wanted to get definition and show my abdominal muscles which I was able to get with liposuction from Dr. younai.

Nice and Natural Nose Job. I had my nose job or rhinoplasty at the california center for plastic surgery by Dr. Younai. I had prviously seen two other plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills and I felt much more at ease with Dr. Younai. Compared to the other plastic surgeons, I felt that Dr. Younai was very knowlegdgeable and honest. the before and after pictures that I saw were also very impressive. My nose surgery also went very well and my friends and family were also very impressed with the talent of Dr. Younai. I really recommend him to everyone and I felt very comfortable with him.

AMAZING. Dr Younai is amazing. I had the Brazilian Butt life and its the best thing I have ever spent money on. My body is how Ive always wished for it to be. EVERYbody comments on my new derriere! But the results were also subtle so no one has questioned its authencity. Going to Dr YOunais surgery was always a pleasure. The ladies he has working there are fabulous and I felt like I was going to visist family when I went there. After the procedure I went to have lympathic drainage massages which is recommended. I did it independently of Dr Younais office. The masseuse asked me who my surgeon was... she said after 20 years of treating lip patients that his work was one of the best she had ever seen. She called it a 'masterpiece' 5 Stars... he is fab!

I felt fat and unattractive.. Worlds will never be able to describe how grateful I’m to have met Dr younai. I had been about 260lbs since having my first child. And even 5 years later my yo-yo dieting had not given me any results. I was turned away from a lot of Dr’s who were asking me to lose 50 pounds before they would even touch me. I just need that jump start help me loose my weight and get me on my way to fit in to my favorite jeans again. I had been seriously thinking about gastric bypass and the lap band but I knew I didn’t want by breast and butt to sag even more than it already was. I was referred to Dr Younai by my sister-in-law and I Knew on my first visit with Dr younai that he was going to be the guy. He was very comforting and attend to all my questions & concerns. Dr younai recommend I would need large volume Liposuction. He took all the precautions and concerns so I would a safe surgery. With the large volume liposuction alone I lost 30 pounds. It’s been almost a year and I now weight 170lb also with steady exercise and healthy eating. I would recommend Dr Younai to anyone who is looking for an extraordinary surgeon. I would be more than happy to talk anyone who is thinking of having surgery with Dr Younai. He is amazing…

I loveee my new figure.. I ‘v had a breast augmentation as well as a tummy tuck with Dr Younai and both times I’v expirenced the most wonderful experience with the surgery, the staff and especially Dr youani. He’s is a very talented, compassionate and caring man. The whole office was professional, and very warm. I felt as though my comfort was of the utmost importance to Dr Younai. If I ever needed any additional plastic surgery I would travel any distance to have Dr younai and his wonderful staff take care of me. I am forever grateful I found such a caring and sincere physician. I am so pleased with the fantastic results of both my surgeries.

Great Nose Surgery, very natural!!. I hated my nose ever since I remember. I interviewed several Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills,.Dr. Younai was most likely the most informative, professional, and kind one. He reviewed many before-and-after pictures of other patients that had a similar nose, and was very honest with me in pointing out the pros and cons of each technique. I felt that he was'nt trying to sell me anything, but to instead make me feel comfortable with my decision. His staff was also great and gave me much support. I would recommend Dr. Younai without hesitation.
