Holy Jesus this place is Awesome. Firstly, the food is amazing. Their bolognese sauce is super tasty. Their bread is great. Their house salad is just a house salad but their house dressing...that's another story...its soooo good...and if you get take out may I suggest you dip the bread in it...for an absolutely yummy experience.

what else...their other pasta dishes are good...ooh especially their spinach ravioli...mother of god its amazing.

The atmosphere is great...lots of families early in the evening if you're young and cool like me... come later at night.

The staff is uber friendly...they make you feel super comfortable...totes an amazing place to mangia!!

Fabulous food & relaxing setting- takes me back to Italia!. The menu offers a variety of of traditional and unique Italian dishes. The ravioli is divine! Evening on the patio is my favorite - a nice romantic meal.

Best Italian Food and Pizza in Santa Monica!. I'm new to Santa Monica and was lucky to find such a great eatery. The food is delicious! I've tried a few pasta dishes which I have to say I wasn't too impressed with but the Italian pizza is superb. If you can afford to splurge every once in awhile do it here it's great!

The Best. Il Lorno is the best restaurant on the West Side. The food is great and the prices are resonable. If you are only going to eat at one restaurant while in LA...this should be the one. And remember it is IL FORNO, not Il Fornio which does not even compare.

YUM YUM YUM!. This is one of the BEST Italian food I've ever had! Not to mention, their staff is ABSOLUTELY friendly and sincere! The owner of Il Forno has approached me a couple of time to even make sure that our experience there is a pleasant one! If you're in Santa Monica and are dieing for Italian, you've GOT to definetely go here! It won't be a dissapointment! The scenery is beautiful, and the service is GREAT! Also, the prices are really good too, esp for the big servings they have. It's quite filling, and not too much of a 'hole' in the pocket!

excellent. they have the pizza dough, perfect toppings, buffalo mozzarella cheese, and lovely staff. but go for the pizza.

Great neighborhood eatery. We've been eating at this restaurant for more than a dozen years. It's always good. The staff is great. Our kids loving going there. Prices are definitely in line with the high quality of food. Go! Enjoy!

Yummy Power Meals!. They have power meals for $5.00. You get an ample portion, and a tasty piece of bread. Flavorful meals and very filling. Dinner is a little more pricey, but the food is worth every penny. Great wine selection. Romantic setting and free parking! Friendly staff too!
