Sam Jacobson... simply the best!!. Ive been going to Sam for the past two years and wouldn't trust my hair to anyone else. He updated my boring brown straight shoulder length to a bronze do with golden highlight, blunt bangs and perfect layers that frame my face. He even taught me how to style it and how to keep it healthy. I always look forward to seeing Sam not only for the amazing hairdo he creates but for the great conversations we have. What can I say.. Sam Jacobson..... simply the best.

If you go to Carlton Hair in Century City California: REQUEST SAM JACOBSON!!!. For years I struggled to find a fabulous hair artist and I most certainly found one in Sam Jacobson!

A hair artist is not just about knowing how to use a pair of scissors and cut or just picking any hair color for a lift to a persons face and complexion... Sam is a true talent!

Sam is intuitive and I actually found him accidentally and stumbled upon his barber -ing genius.

He knows how to bring out the best in a persons looks. He maximizes his talent by LISTENING to the clients needs and that's what allows his magic to create the best look for each individual!

It was with experimentation that he he found a great color for me and I look forward to going there every few months. He was even able to talk me into trimming my hair ever few months, to get my hair to it's fullest and healthiest. My hair is looking and feeling great, thanks to SAM!

I always walk out feeling renewed!!!

Ahmed was AWESOME. I was new to the salon and booked an appointment with Ahmed. He did such a wonderful job of listening to me and what I was looking for, and then turned around and replicated it EXACTLY. Wow! I was totally impressed! I left the salon with just the cut I was searching for!

Ahmed made me into a rockstar. I came upon this place through seeing a family friend's haircut, and I was desperately looking for a salon. She had a great layered bob. I have long hair and was considering going short, but Ahmed reassured me I could keep it long.

The result was a great layered cut that really flowed freely. I also got 4-toned highlights. Various coppers and reds that flowed throughout my hair and mixed with my natural hair color.

I'm now looking forward to seeing my friends and getting compliments :) And ready to ring in the new year!

Bad color revived. I have been suffering with this bad color for almost a year. No salon could get it right. I decided to check out the salon and i prayed that i could get it fixed. I love blonde hair and mine just looks yellow and brassy all the time. I was told if we added some low lights that will help make it look more natural. I was hesitant but i went for it and no more yellow i look beautiful. I cant believe that my hair is fixed. Thank you

Men's hair cuts. I needed a hair cut and didn't really care who I saw or where I went. I was visiting in LA and found Carlton Hair and I was very impressed. My stylist was professional and listened to how I usually cut and style my hair. If I am ever in the area again I will return-the price was reasonable and the staff was friendly.

Ahmad is the best!. I have been seeing Ahmad since he has been at Carlton and he always does such a fabulous job with my cut. I have a shorter, trendy haircut and would recommend anyone to him who is looking for the same.

So impressed with Catherine!. Catherine has been my regular stylist for awhile now and she is just amazing! I am more and more impressed with her every time I come in! Her knowledge always impresses me so much. Whenever I come in with an idea she will talk to me about what would look best on me, and I always walk out of Linear feeling and looking great!

Nicole is the bomb!!!!!!. She is a true artist and TALENTED! I am recently on the hunt for a new salon because I have had such a horrible time finding a stylist that has experience and skill with my type of hair! They either can't cut it right or they try to sell me everything under the sun. I have curly curly hair and it has a mind of it's own. Nicole knows how to work with my hair type. Thank you for now I have a salon that I can call my home!

AMad is AMazing!. Amad is a wonderful stylist! I just got highlights from him last week and I wasn't really sure what 'look' I was trying to achieve. He suggested I add in a couple lowlights as well-- the result was GORGEOUS!! I would recommend him to anyone for color. He really does an amazing job!
