I enjoy coming here when the sun isn’t strong enough to tan or I don’t have time to sit outside for an hour.. a quick 25 minutes in one of these beds and your good to go! I would suggest using lotion for the first couple times to avoid getting burnt and then switch to a bronzer to help you get darker.

Brazilian Blowout with Alec Kara

I met Alec through a friend of mine that get her Brazilians with him. I always saw her hair so shiny and healthy and I was wondering why hers looked so much better that mine even though I was having the same treatment.

When I saw Alec for the first time I realized that there are a bunch of different ones and not the same. My eyes used to burn but when he did it, not at all, that's when I realized that his wasn't toxic at all, others were.

When my girlfriend told me about him being the king of the Brazilian Blowout, I wanted to give him a try and it was not a mistake, he knew his stuff.

I have been going to him since then and I am actually addicted to it. Makes my life so much easier. So much different from other Brazilian treatments.

I have been going to Alec Kara for about 3 years. I love his talent and professionalism. Second I met him, I knew that I found my hairdresser.

I used to go to all those Beverly Hills salons and never met anyone like him. He does my Brazilian blowout and cuts. He is the guy with long hair and the guy for the treatment(Brazilian). He has been doing brazilian blowouts for a long time and he was one of the first trainers. He knows his stuff more than any other hairdresser that I know. I used to go to Sally Hershberger and all the fancy places for a cut but I could never find someone to save my hair and when I met Alec, my hair started growing, that's because he wasn't just cutting it.

He cuts my 3 year old daughters hair too. One thing he did was, after my first visit, called and followed up with me, I mean, really?????? No hairdresser has done that.

I highly recommend everyone to go and try him at least once, will not regret.

Alec Kara the King of Brazilian Blowouts!

So i am one of those people that is super dedicated to my hair stylist and refuses to cheat on her. I have curly and dry hair so i just have had horrible experiences with other people styling, cutting or doing anything to my hair until I met Alec Kara!

I met Alec Kara at Brick Crossfit working out one day. He saw when i would sweat how my hair would get frizzy and curl up again (cause i flat iron my hair) after a hard workout! He approached me and asked me if I ever gotten a Brazilian blowout. I said well i have gotten a Keratin treatment which works good but it just took forever at my salon to get done ( i hate sitting for hours and getting my hair done) and it is too harsh for my hair. Alec starting talking to me about the Brazilian Blowout and just seeing how passionate and knowledgeable he was about hair totally convinced me to come in and get my hair done by him. I went to the Argyle Spa and they welcomed me so warmly and offered me coffee, tea or even champagne. Alec came out to greet me and got me all set up to get shampoo and conditioned and ready for my Brazilian blowout! I was at the salon for no more than 2hrs (from the time i parked and left). It took about 90min for me to get my Brazilian Blowout! I am in love with this product and love what Alec did to my hair!!! He is awesome!! I literally wash my hair and can let it air dry straight or I blow dry it within minutes!! He has literally saved me so much time with my hair and most importantly has made my hair look silky, shiny and healthy! It was soooo worth cheating on my hair dresser! I totally trust Alec Kara with my hair and totally recommend you booking an appointment with him!
