Pleasantly Surprised. I was pleasantly surprised when I experienced the Hot stone facial there, the staff was very polite and the place was absolutely georgeous and the owner was very personable with you, I felt incredible when I left and enjoyed the fresh fruit water served at the end of the treatment, I see that they are now closed and have been trying to find the new location if relocated, I remember my facialist was a girl by the name of Kimberly and she was truly a delite, sorry to see it's gone!

Talk about BAD BUSINESS!. I bought a spa package to Freddi Jones & Co and after placing MULTIPLE phone calls to the salon over a 2-3 month period, never got ONE phone call back......not one! They are trying to promote their business by selling these packages, but won't call you back to schedule anything?? What a waste of time. Luckily the Eleanor Group, who I bought the package from, is going to let me transfer to another spa, thank goodness or else I would be soooooo mad wasting my money on this useless spa. Don't bother. Go somewhere else!
